Ty and his Technician came out on time and within an hour and 15 minutes after doing all the checks to ensure all systems are working. A previous company installed all new ducts but crimped the intake duct which reduced return air . That was the issue obstructed air flow. Thanks guys for prompt and professional attitude. I would definitely refer your company.

Super fast! I called and asked for an experienced tech at 8:31 a.m. and Anthony F. Was at my door within an hour. I have/had an intermittent problem where the fan sometimes wouldn't shut off when the heating cycle was done. (I had another company over 2x with no fix and no possible explanation, but was charged twice.) He suspected a known culprit and replaced a relay, so keeping fingers crossed that the fix is in, in less than 5 mins! So appreciate the experience and response time. Thanks! Definitely recommended!

If you’re currently sweating in your house scrolling through Google reading reviews on a/c companies trying to find someone you can trust that’s honest and won’t take advantage of you or your situation, stop scrolling! You’ve found your saving grace. It’s so hard to find a company with integrity that you can trust anymore so when you do you leave them a 5 ⭐️ review! A relative of mine had been without a/c for a while after another less-than-honest individual quoted them over $9k for an entire new unit citing theirs was unrepairable. Obviously that was not in the budget so they’d been getting by with a window unit. I was referred to RMR who was flexible and came out at a time where I was available to meet with them. Brandi in the office is great, she was very helpful and accommodating even when I had to move our appointment. Harrison diagnosed the issue with the unit within 10 minutes and after a small repair the unit was working without any issues and has been fine since. You’ve earned a customer for life and we’ve requested Harrison be our technician for future scheduled maintenance visits and any repairs! 10/10, 💯% recommend RMR and their entire team! 😁

They were very professional as they explained the problem and the cost. My AC unit will be 14 years old in a couple of months, but he did not push for a new AC unit as previous AC companies have pushed for new units in the past. He told me the cost to repair and I gladly paid for the repair since my budget is not ready for a new AC unit.

Did a magnificent job and Anthony really understands his craft! What a great group of guys he has, and they are super expedient! It was brutally hot out here during the installation and they pushed through until they were done, and the job was perfect! I highly recommend them
