Arrived on time. Excellent job. Took pictures of their finished work to show me. Cleaned up outdoors and vacuumed indoors when they finished. All crew members were very friendly and polite. I am very pleased and will gladly recommend Koala to others.
I'd give more stars if I could. Super professional in all aspects of the job. Their bid process, scheduling, rescheduling (my fault), installation, cleaning up afterwards, and invoicing are all top of the line. Great experience. I'll definitely be back!

I guarantee you won't find better customer service in the Birmingham area. You guys are awesome! Super easy and quick. They didn't leave a mess either. I flip homes for a living and these guys will now do all of my homes.

Met with rep Jason today. Very nice experience. Jason examined current insulation factors. Although that part was fine there was suggested upgrade to solar attic venting to remove humidity and heat that I was having issues with. This was a great suggestion that I will be making. Glad to know there are salesmen out there that won’t try to sell you things you don’t need and are honest with you. Highly recommend this company and Jason for your insulation installation needs.

5/5 for sales. Neal did a great job of explaining various options for our insulation installation. He was timely and communicated updates on arrival etc. 5/5 for installation too! Seth, Luis, and Justin did a great job of communicating before and during their visit. They were fast and efficient, and even cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend using Koala insulation of Birmingham again!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Koala came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. First and foremost, Jason & Jon with Koala are super professional and knowledgable in their field. They were able to quickly identify problem areas and provided several solutions to fix our insulation issues, offering a flexible range of packages to meet our budget. Professional and friendly company. Jonathan and crew did a great job! "Pops" and Bethany are great! We had a difficult time line and KOALA was patient with us while we had other projects completed so the insulation could be done. Highly recommended!
