Eco Three

Our evaluator, David, thoroughly combed through our old house (built in the '60s) to find ways Eco Three could help resolve some of our energy efficiency issues. He then did a great job explaining in layman's terms the processes they would use to provide the best 'bang for our buck'. David also displayed quite a bit of patience answering my occasionally inane questions. The pictures David took of some of our bigger issues clearly illustrated and supported what he was telling us. Once work started, the guys actually doing the work were very punctual, arriving before the scheduled time to knock on the door exactly at our appointment time. They were also courteous and respectful of our space, for example wiping their shoes off every time before entering the house. 5/5 stars, we will definitely be repeat customers.

I wanted to add some insulation in my attic for 2 reasons: comfort in my home during the extreme hot and extreme cold days and possible reduction of my energy bill. I obtained an estimate from a couple of sources and selected Eco Three based on the work scope presented to me by David Wilkerson. Eco Three was not the lowest estimate but I felt their work scope was through and would provide me the best long-term results. Eco Three guys showed up on schedule and worked continually until the job was complete. The workers were very polite, through in providing the identified work and cleaned up following the job. I would highly recommend Eco Three.

We had a great experience with Eco-Three when we used them last year. We moved into a new house that had been built in 1990's the year prior. It is a large house and we were having a really tough time keeping the temperature regulated without blasting AC or heat non-stop. We reached out to Eco-Three and David responded very quickly. Within a week, an extensive energy audit was done on our house and he spent a long time going over all the results with us. He came up with a plan for new insulation and energy efficiency. Within two weeks, everything was scheduled and complete. The were very professional and efficient (less than 48 hours of work). We had one or two revisions that we requested and they did those promptly as well. Their quote before starting was consistent with pricing after, no surprises. Since then, we have noticed a huge difference in our homes climate and insulation. The investment has definitely been worth it. We would recommend Eco-Three to anyone that is looking to have a more energy efficient home.

Soup to nuts, our experience with Eco Three could not have been better. Eco Three came highly recommended by a prior home contractor. Shortly after I called, I received a callback to schedule a home visit to assess the status of our 94 year old home. The representative arrived promptly as scheduled to conduct a thorough evaluation. Jonathan was extremely professional throughout the assessment appointment visit. He provided us with a history of Eco Three’s experience in working with our community. He reviewed his findings which confirmed our need to properly insulate our home to achieve energy efficiency and reduce our heating and cooling expenses. He also told us about what to expect during the installation process. Within days, we accepted a quote & scheduled installation. The installation team met our expectations of being prompt & respectful. The protected our home from damage & keeping us informed throughout the installation. Following installation, Jonathan returned for a final installation. Eco Three met the totality of expectations. We highly recommended Eco Three for their service and professionalism.

David, Chance and the entire team did an excellent Job of air sealing our attic, and putting in new insulation. David did our initial consultation, and provided in depth and easy to understand explanation of their processes, and why they are imperative, in the order of which they are done to best satisfy the customer, but also give the highest efficiency outcome. They were adaptive to our schedule. They treated our house with respect and made sure to clean up afterwards. From beginning to end, I have nothing bad to say. I would recommend this company to any one of my friends and if family members.

Working with David and his team has been a great experience. David does a great job of assessing what is needed in your home, communicating thoroughly, setting an appropriate action plan and executing in an efficient manner. The team at Eco Three were wonderful from start to finish. Their consultant did a thorough inspection of every part of our house and gave us detailed information. They didn't hound or pulls any salesperson tricks, they just checked in and made sure we had what we needed to make our decision on our own time. The team showed up on time and worked efficiently. They made sure to protect our house as they did a variety of work on the insulation and HVAC. They made sure to pay attention to details and we can tell our system is running more efficiently as a whole. The consultant made sure to come back to see that the work was done to his satisfaction, and even decided one more thing needed to be improved that he thought their team missed. We highly recommend, having had a fantastic experience and great results!

Eco Three came out and gave an estimate and went over the whole process. Once they came out they were quick to extract the old insulation and then come in to spray foam the attic and ever since we have seen a dramatic improvement of the temperature of the attic. We went from 130+ degrees to 80 to 90 degrees in the same week. Highly recommend Eco Three!
