This company flaked on us 3 time over 2 months. Ended up going with Tyson Energy Solutions. Not only did Tyson Energy Solutions do a phenomenal job, they did extra work they weren’t contracted for just to protect the integrity of their work.

Building a small mother in law house. We did not go with this company, we had salesman come out and provide a bid. The salesman came out briefly. When the bid was received the bid did not meet title 24 standards had the wrong R values. I pointed it out to our Contractor, Contractor called the salesman on speakerphone explained 3x to the salesman what was wrong and what we needed corrected to have an accurate bid. Salesman said the job would be don e correctly we didn’t need a new bid. We still wanted an accurate bid knowing what he put on the bid was much lower R values and would actually cost their company and cause a loss of income on the job. We try to be fair to all and look at the situation as business like as possible. When salesman did not listen to the contractor 3x I requested the bid myself. He was not ok with me speaking. When I said the issues with the bid again please provide us a corrected bid, he said who is that woman tell her not to yell at me and not talk to me. There was no yelling involved I am been dealing with many subcontractors this has been the only company that has had a salesman so sensitive to a woman pointing out an issue that needed corrections. We did get the revised bid that did reflect the correct materials, but by this time I had reached out to 2 other companies and they both had great salesmen. We went with Vezina Industries and they have been phenomenal.

I annually test their 4 backflows here. I give a good price of only $35.00 each plus parts and repairs. Most testers charge between $60.00 and $100.00 each!! Seems like good people to do business with. FYI, there have been no backflow failures in testing the last 3 years.

Customer service representatives were professional communicating with customer in all aspects of work order. Also, technician did a great job explaining what the issue was and what was needed to repair the part. If in the market for garage door installation or repair I recommend consulting with BDI.

They don’t deserve any stars at all!!Needed some spray foam done for a garage we are renovating into a bedroom. Called them and they said how much it would be per square feet for foam insulation. They came out to do measurements to give us the final price. Price was amazing, so we decided to also have them do the attic. Which the final price for the room and attic was great. When we called to schedule them to come do it for that price, they said they would have never given such a great price for spray foam, and that they would have charged us a few thousand dollars. They lied, when they came out we told them we wanted spray foam. We NEVER even talked about regular insulation with them. And when we called them to go ahead and add in the attic for spray foam they never said ANYTHING. Their liars and cannot keep their clients straight. Do not go to them they are so dishonest and I definitely do not recommend them. So congratulations on loosing business 👍🏻

Our insulation project (100-year old church) was not your normal job, but Broken Drum did a poor job of relaying the details to their installers. I had to be there every hour, telling them how deep, where to put it, how to install the batts. They broke a decorative piece of our church that was difficult and expensive to replace. They had to come back and finish a neglected part of the job. On the good side, their prices were reasonable.
