Weed Man Lawn Care

Adam was great in explaining the treatment that was being applied to our lawn and what to expect! Our lawn looks amazing! I bought the package without my husband knowing and he is really happy with our lawn. He just said, it’s the best it has ever looked!

We used this company last year and didn’t have any issues. This year, however, they sent out a technician who sprayed our salvia that have been in this rock bed for years at this point. Of course the salvia is dead now. When letting the company know about this, they said that someone told the technician to spray the area heavily (my husband?) so it’s our fault. First of all, this isn’t something my husband would say. Even if he did, however, does spraying an area include my real plants that we obviously want and care for? My rock bed is ruined now because of their carelessness and they refuse to take any accountability or make things right. Please go with a company that actually values real plants and hires technicians who know how to use a toxic spray responsibly.

Fantastic weed control! All the yards in my neighborhood are covered in dandelions and other weeds. I had a couple of dandelions popping up and then Weed Man came and not only do I not have any dandelions, but my grass is absolutely perfect! I’ve had other companies in the past come out for fertilizing and weed control. None of them have matched the quality that I currently have in my yard. Highly recommend this company! This is an easy review to write. The guys are all super polite and professional and they do what they say they’re going to do when they say they are going to do it. A 10 out of 10 and my yard looks great.

Tyler was recently out as a courtesy to look at our yard for possible mites and any other insects. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Gave great advice on how to follow through with the insect control and had great follow up communication. I have used them for the last 4 years and have always received excellent customer service. Their technician are friendly and do a great job.

Sean is amazing. If you are looking to improve your lawn, give Weed Man a try. They have great customer service and a drive to make things right. Kudos to the leadership team for empowering their employees to make the right decisions. Their product/service really works, from dead/spotty grass to a green lawn in a few weeks, looking forward to the continued rehab of my lawn!

Weed Man provides great lawn care service! My tech, Ryan, arrived today to provide my scheduled services and then called me to tell me what he had done. The weeds in my lawn and rock beds are finally getting under control and my lawn is looking green and healthy. I highly recommend this company.

Jacob was incredibly helpful and provided great information before the weed treatment was completed today. He asked if there were any other issues that he could address on this visit and I was able to get needed weed treatments set up for the landscaping beds too. Very professional and personable and I'm very grateful for all of his help!

I am on my second year using Weed Man. The lawn is doing great. Jacob came out today for a treatment and he was kind and professional. He seemed to apply the product with care. The company does a good job of realizing my neighbor has the same service and the do both lawns on the same day. That probably saves time and resources. I am pleased with Weed Man so far.

I used this service for a couple seasons and followed their recommended schedule. We saw some results the first couple of treatments, but then no results in follow up treatments. I followed the schedule that was recommended by the company. The technician always told us to call after 14 days if we needed a free re-treat. When I called, I was told that I needed to call within 7 days. This happened multiple times. I sent in pictures multiple times showing the vast amount of weeds 14 days after treatment and was told I would need to pay for an additional treatment. I repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor and was told multiple times that one would call. I never received a call back. I just received a call from Weed man wanting to schedule me to start up again and explained the reason I was not continuing service and I was told it was MY FAULT! I should have had more applications. I followed to schedule the told me too! I stated that I should have gotten the re-treatments as was in the contract (which were denied unless I paid more) and she said I should have had them free. I was then offered a 25% discount to start a new contract. Why would I pay more for ZERO results? Weed Man did not follow the terms of the contract at all. Very poor customer service. Refusal to allow me to speak to a supervisor. Refusal of re-treatment even though it was in my contract. Refusal of refund since we had ZERO results. I do not normally write negative reviews, however, this last call claiming the lack of results was MY FAULT was over the top. I DO NOT recommend this company.
