Horrible customer, I was a loyal customer for 10yrs. Tech recently came out for law aeration that was never approved. I called customer service and talked to them about the charge. I had explained to them about me never approving that service and I was very rudely told that I should have responded to an email that they had sent out weeks prior to decline the service. I receive several junk emails from them monthly I don't look through them all nor have the time to. But instead of making things right they had no issues see me go.
