I love the services my lawn looks great what I don’t like is when they break off sprinkler heads and don’t say anything

Called for pre emergent/weed control. Explained in great detail that our yard is 100% xeriscaped. Negligent neighbor dumped fill dirt across the street, which sprouted a LOT of annual Wheatgrass and weed seed. Then moved it in 50+ mph winds, landing a lot in our yard. I asked for weed control. TruGreen showed up the 30th of Oct. For fall application, after coming 2 weeks earlier-only to admit they brought the wrong chemical as we don't have grass. Then finally came March 19 for spring pre-emergent. Needless to say, far too little too late. We are inundated with weeds this spring, mostly Wheatgrass. Spent too much money for zero results, and will never use them again. No one seemed to understand our dilemma, nor did they provide a solution.

Always answer all my questions and make recommendations. Getting bees next month and ask about non chemicals but do not especially want dandelions.

Unbelievable, I had cancelled do to poor service three times now. I keep getting told not a problem and I keep getting billed. They give you all kinds of reasons to stay with them and I keep telling them no, to please cancel. Guess what, I got another bill from them. Maybe the 4th time will be a charm. Arghhhh, there has to be better options.
