Horrible customer service!! I had an appointment that was made via email correspondence. The time slot that was then given to me was agreed upon by both parties. My husband delayed his work for the day to be there for the agreed appointment time. However, no one ever showed up and no one ever called to say they wouldn’t show up. My husband proceeded to call the company to find out what the issue was, no one answered so he left a message. 3 hours later he received a phone call from a Jared who proceeded to rudely and sarcastically make excuses as to why no one ever called to let us know that they weren’t going to show. His excuse was that it was raining so they couldn’t come out, it was then asked, why didn’t you call me to let me know you weren’t coming? The response: “it isn’t our style to call customers, we have too many, we just wait for them to call us and reschedule.” I will add, it was not raining at our home when the time of the appointment arrived. The attitude and neglect of customer care is ridiculous! You shouldn’t be operating a company if you can’t handle simply calling your customers! I will not recommend your company nor ever plan to use their services! It is “not my style” to work with such a neglectful company.

Sorry your experience was so bad that you had to write two reviews. We appreciate your additional feedback and will work harder at communicating obvious weather related issues. Our full scheduling has been impacted by three straight days of rain and we are thankful for all of our customers understanding and grace as we do our best to work around the obstacles presented by mother nature.

I’ve been a customer of Lawn Police for three years now and they have always done a good job. Last week I received an email letting me know that they were transferring to a new billing structure, whipping away with the weekly billing and moving toward a seasonal monthly billing cycle from May -October at the end of each month. So I called Jared today to start my mowing cycle for the season. Jared called me back and left a message letting me know that he was putting me on the schedule for next Tuesday, perfect, but then I received an email with my bill for May asking for my prompt payment?? I was confused because this was not what I perceived from the verbiage with their email last week, so I called Jared back to explain. He explained the new billing cycle just as in the email and when I told him that the email stated I would be charged at the end of each month and essentially he was asking me to pay for services I haven’t even received yet. At that moment the conversation went sideways and he informed me that they have had customers skip mowings in the past and not pay and that even though he would be starting on my lawn on the second week of May “if I wanted their lawn service, I’ll need to pay the entire month”. That’s fine, but where did Jared’s customer service go? When I addressed that statement wasn’t sitting well with me, he let me know that “ if he hurt my feelings, that wasn’t his intent” lol “my feelings?” I explained to Jared that this is a business deal and when did he become so familiar with me and loose his manners? Sorry to say that this is the last time I will use their service and after being a loyal, well paying customer, you think that would show some respect. I’m extremely disappointed in how this owner has decided to talk to his own customers.

I called for sprinkler repair a week in advance. Made the appointment but on the day of, no one showed. I called and was told truck broke down and down a few people. I understood and rescheduled for the next morning and told I’d be the first appointment. Again, no show and no call. Very dissatisfied with follow through and communication.

Jared and his crew were timely and did a great job! They go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy and they offer a good product. Their prices are fair. I will certainly be using them again!

We hired lawn police to put in our yard in our newly built home in December. Jared and his team were wonderful to work with from the estimate onward. They were prompt, always showed up when they could beat the weather, courteous, professional, and most of all they did a great job. Jared, Paul, and the rest of the team gave me a lawn my dog and my future kids will enjoy, and did it at a reasonable price with care and effort.

I needed someone to come blow out the sprinklers, and we had just moved into the area and needed to find a company to come and do it. We didn’t know how to prep or anything, and these guys were AWESOME! They were going to have someone come and prep our system before the appointment to blow it out, and they ended up doing it all the same day because we had a really small system. They were very friendly and efficient. They were in and out in no time at all! And then paying the bill, couldn’t have been any easier! They send your invoice and you just click a tab to pay it. Couldn’t be an easier process. So glad we found a company that is terrific and easy to work with. We will absolutely be using them for more services.

Nice to deal with...straight shooter (pun intended)....reliable service. Easy to communicate with. Easy billing. Set up your service and then forget about it since it will just be taken care of! Jared mowed all of 2017 for me and did a great job. I will have him back in 2018

If you are looking for a GREAT price for lawn care that also has SUPERB customer service, call Lawn Police now! They have been more than amazing, they came out, gave me a quote, was there two days later and have been on time and on schedule every single time. Not only that, I had a concern with the length (my fault- I never even mentioned how short I wanted it) and the next time they made it even shorter. They followed up immediately after to make sure I was satisfied. You almost never get that type of customer service / satisfaction guarantee anymore. I'd give them six stars if that was a thing. Thank you for excellent service guys!
