Horrible customer service!! I had an appointment that was made via email correspondence. The time slot that was then given to me was agreed upon by both parties. My husband delayed his work for the day to be there for the agreed appointment time. However, no one ever showed up and no one ever called to say they wouldn’t show up. My husband proceeded to call the company to find out what the issue was, no one answered so he left a message. 3 hours later he received a phone call from a Jared who proceeded to rudely and sarcastically make excuses as to why no one ever called to let us know that they weren’t going to show. His excuse was that it was raining so they couldn’t come out, it was then asked, why didn’t you call me to let me know you weren’t coming? The response: “it isn’t our style to call customers, we have too many, we just wait for them to call us and reschedule.” I will add, it was not raining at our home when the time of the appointment arrived. The attitude and neglect of customer care is ridiculous! You shouldn’t be operating a company if you can’t handle simply calling your customers! I will not recommend your company nor ever plan to use their services! It is “not my style” to work with such a neglectful company.

Sorry your experience was so bad that you had to write two reviews. We appreciate your additional feedback and will work harder at communicating obvious weather related issues. Our full scheduling has been impacted by three straight days of rain and we are thankful for all of our customers understanding and grace as we do our best to work around the obstacles presented by mother nature.
