I have engaged this company's services on multiple occasions, and while the field team demonstrates professionalism and amiability, regrettably, the reception staff leaves much to be desired. Despite occasional tardiness in bill payments due to unforeseen circumstances, I have consistently settled my accounts. However, recent attempts to procure service have been met with unyielding resistance and evasion from the front desk personnel. Their demeanor suggests disdain, as if my past payment history relegates me to a lesser status. Despite my willingness to prepay for services, they rebuff my requests and patronize me. Respectful treatment and transparent communication should be afforded to all customers, regardless of payment history. Regrettably, due to this recurring issue, I have decided to discontinue my patronage of their services. It is my sincere hope that they reassess their front desk personnel and instate individuals adept at fostering positive customer experiences, devoid of any discomfort or judgment.
