Worked with Altamont for a residential project. They came up with a good design. But they also damaged my deck, siding, and ICF foundation. After I withheld the final payment for punch list and repairs to be completed. They stated that the customer is responsible for full payment even though the job was not completed. Then threatened to file liens on the property even though we sold it. We had to fix the repairs on our own and pay for materials before we could sell the property. They claim it was a weather issue on why they couldn’t fix the repair. They never offered to help pay or communicated in anyway except For demanding $ payment. I would never work with them again, if you decide to, you should monitor their work on a daily basis to ensure your property is not damaged and the work is being done to the standard of the premium price that they charge.

Hello Mr. Fraser, we are both fully aware that the minor damages were our responsibility and were included in our weekly updates on the project progress and that we performed all but one item on your punch list. The product that was purchased by us to repair the ICF wall needed 24 hours of 40+ degree temperatures, which is unheard of November - February at 7,000 feet in the Rocky Mountains: we informed you we would perform that one remaining repair in March or April of this year. Your decision to sell the property before then was your prerogative but without informing us we could not assist or collaborate on alternatives. Full payment is always required when the job is completed, not to be confused with project punch-lists which are minor adjustments and subjective evaluations. All of this is clearly laid out in the service agreement you signed and that hundreds of other customers have no issue with. We are disappointed that you feel the way you do and always hope our customers have a positive experience when hiring us. We look forward to continuing our outstanding service to this community and exceeding customer expectations.

Got estimate they did the job a week late then charged double the route not getting paid

Mr. Newell, the project came in under the estimate and was only completed "late" as there was no one to grant access to the property when we arrived. Our maintenance manager has tried to reach you to discuss this and come to a resolution. Please reach out to us at our office 719-539-2411.

Great service and communication! Would highly recommend this company for your sod/landscaping needs. I had sod delivered. They were very professional and always responded within 1 business day to any calls/emails. The product they delivered was exactly as stated in the contract.
