Sorry there was a misunderstanding. We pride ourselves on always emailing options, and explaining options and confirming options multiple times. We always want to ensure before collecting payment you once again know the complete total for the scope of work you approved and we completed. We explain through out the process what the scope of work we’re working on. As well as give you any options on anything else we find could be problematic in the future, not an up-sale but our obligation as a reputable company to let you know you could have more issues.
Unfortunately you wanted the scope of work for option 3 but for the price of option 1 and we could not do that much work for that price. We did however wanted to help and gave you a discount twice of $500.00
We always work with our customers and ensure we explain and send them the options to approve them on their own email link. Thank you and hope this clears up any confusion.
This was the price Option 3 was and never changed, sorry you thought sending an email with your price for option 2 would be the price for option 3, but that's not the way it works. We did give you 2 discounts totaling $500. I hope this cleared up any questions.
