A very pleasant staff when calling. They called ahead and arrived within the appointment time. The young men were professional, personable, & knowledgeable. I was impressed with their work from start to finish. We recommend them for residential septic needs and will be using them again for septic maintenance in the future. Thank you for a job well done!

I had to make an emergency call for a rental property with drain issues. Logan contacted me via phone and was at my property within 45 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very personable. This was the first time I had used Budget Sewer, but thanks to Logan, I will be a repeat customer. I have nothing to say but positive comments with my experience.
I had what I thought was a septic tank that needed pumping but when they arrived and opened the tank one of the guys told me exactly what was wrong. I had a clogged drain pipe. They unclogged the pipe and pumped the septic tank in no time and the price was very reasonable. I most definitely will use this company in the future.
Thank you to the crews that came out to deal with my septic tank. The first crew said the tank didn't need pumping but did need the drain to the house unclogged. They called for the guys to come out to do that and they arrived within the half hour. This will be my go to business from now on
The second time (June 2022 and today) they come to the house and I still have the same problem. This time my toilet overflowed when i was in the shower. You will call to scheduled the appointment. You will have to explain the issue but when the workers come to the house they have no idea what is going on. Workers don't listen to you and will tell you the obvious instead of finding the REAL problem. It feels like I am asking for a favor and NOT a service. NEVER AGAIN!

Mr. Rivera, I strongly disagree with your opinion. In June 2022, we pumped your septic tank with a high water level. You told our technicians that you thought the outlet was higher than the inlet and something else was going on. I agreed to check the tank FOR FREE next time it backed up. Nearly 10 months later, you have a backup. I send my truck and two people FOR FREE and they do everything you ask. Dig up the back of the tank. Find the outlet not even glued on. Offer to pump the tank. No charge. And yet, you still complain. Feel free to use another company.
When no one else could come through, these guys came through for us! We were having a serious problem that caused our toilets to be useless. They were the only people who could come out same day...and even came within an hour of us calling! The person who we worked with, Harry, was very informative, straight forward, and made the process easy to understand. He had our toilet back running quickly and efficiently. Next time we have a plumbing problem they will be our first call.
We had a plumbing emergency!! Tree roots had entered the main sewer line causing a back up in every drain and toilet in our home (fun surprise in the morning when you're trying to get ready for work). I did a Google search for plumbers in my area, and called 5 other plumbers in the CSRA and was told "Sorry, we're booked until next week!". Budget was 6th on the Google search (definitely should be higher in the search algorithm). The person who answered the phone was extremely helpful, able to give us a same day appointment, and even MORE amazing was able to work around my schedule so that my wife and I didn't have to miss work or leave work early!! Logan arrived at the scheduled time and his level of courtesy and professionalism absolutely blew us away!!! Logan walked us through every step of the process, gave us advice on how to prevent this from happening again, and had us repaired in record time!! As someone who works in forward facing customer service, this company knows how to treat their clientele. Highly recommend this company! Thank you Budget Sewer Service and Logan for your prompt, courteous, and professional service!!!!
I received a follow-up call to my weekend inquiry regarding scheduling service for my sewer drain. The person I spoke to was very helpful with providing a price quote and assisting with extending the service window to fit my availability for later today. I received a phone call at around 1:45pm indicating that my service would not be performed during the quoted service window due to a medical emergency; I appreciated the call and informed the person that it was fine. As I was finishing up a work meeting at around 3:45pm, someone rang my doorbell several times in a row, banged on my door, and few seconds later, I received a phone call. I knew that it was likely the service ‘professional’ that was scheduled to complete the work, but I didn’t understand the rationale for the lack of professionalism. When I answered the door the man clearly looked agitated as he informed me that he was there to complete the storm drain issue. I addressed the issue of the nature of his ringing the doorbell and banging on the door like he did, as whatever was bothering him was none of my concern and I’m not responsible for it. He indicated that he didn’t know why he had been called to complete the job at my house, and clearly didn’t seem happy about it. I informed him of where the issue was and led him to the back of my home. He answered my questions about the price and did not appear personable at all. I closed the door and went back to my tasks for the day. After about 30 minutes, I opened the curtain to see what was going on, and the service worker was gone; when I went to the front of my home, I saw that his van was gone as well. Also, there was small pile of dirt near the drain where he must have started working, and he didn’t put the drain cover back on properly – it’s currently only half on. I went to my phone to call the worker and saw that I’d missed a call from him about 20 minutes prior; I attempted to call back twice, and it appeared that I was sent to voicemail. I then sent a text to determine whether the worker went to obtain materials, and did not receive a response. When I called the office, the woman who answered indicated that she was told by the worker that I only cracked the door when he was there and that he knocked on the door in order to request power but I didn’t respond. If no response was received when at the back door, it's likely that I didn't hear him (which I didn't), and it would’ve made sense (to me) for him to go to the front door and ring the doorbell. Furthermore, I asked questions and he answered them while he was at my home; I don’t appreciate that insinuation that I just ‘cracked’ my door like I didn’t interact with him. His lack of professionalism and agitated demeanor was unwarranted, undeserved and unappreciated. At that point, I had waited for the service to be completed and shifted my afternoon schedule in order to be at home. It was already 4:30pm and the service would have needed to be scheduled for another day, either with Budget Sewer or another company. Also, other companies may be ready to close at around that time. I informed the woman that I was speaking with that I didn’t appreciate the worker lying on me, and that I'd reached out to him with no response. She didn’t apologize on behalf of the company, and stated that if I wanted to reschedule that it would need to be the next day. At that point, I was frustrated at the loss of time and the fact that I could have scheduled for the service with another company and gotten the issue resolved. So I decided to reschedule for the next day, and I had to be the one to ask to a discount for the issue that occurred. She agreed to give me a small discount if the repair was performed, and I was fine with that. However, her tone towards the end of the call made me think that there was an issue, so I inquired. She stated that there wasn’t, but given all the things that occurred with Budget Sewer Service since the worker came to my home, I deemed it best to find another company to complete the repair.

Mrs. Griffin. I'm the one you spoke with in the morning on the initial call. I apologize for us being late (local hospital started flooding at 1 pm and had to send extra help), but you were notified. Another tech was sent out to your location. He knocked and called for a period of time. You finally answered and showed him the problem. Our tech went to get his equipment to attempt to clear the line. He needed an outlet for electricity. He knocked on the door several times. He tried calling. He waited around for a bit and called our office to let us know he couldn't get power or in touch with you so he left. Our dispatcher took your call when you phoned back. She agreed to reschedule our visit and you agreed; however, you then stated unless we have an issue. She was confused by this line of questioning and did not understand why you were asking if we had an issue. You said don't worry about it, I'll call someone else. From our standpoint, we notified you we would be a little late for the appointment. We showed up. You were very hard to get in touch with and we were wasting our time. Our company or no one here has an issue with you other than the fact we could not communicate with you. Sincerely, Management
