Asked for a quote on plumbing work. After coming out to look, they never provided a quote. Text was ignored. Did not let them do any work for me

We are a local, family-owned small business and 1 star reviews hurt our company. Please call our office if you have a plumbing question or would like to discuss this further 501-765-5380. It is extremely frustrating when people who have never even given us a chance leave us a negative review. We always go above and beyond for our customers, and you can see by the multiple other reviews that we always do our best to make plumbing issues right. We would never just ignore a customer request.

Midtown is the best in the business. I use them for ALL my plumbing needs. We have had them clean out lines, fix broken water lines and even fix other people's work. There is nobody in the business that I would even consider for my plumbing needs. Honesty and Integrity are two words that fit this company!

I wanted to believe this was a good company but after 2 times of accidentally left off the schedule or removed off the schedule and 2 times at our house not fixing the problems here we are, no callbacks, nothing amd still a plumbing issue with apparently a warranty they are not going to honor and a big hole in my ceiling. What do you do? UPDATE: The company is making it right. Through all the confusion and frustration, the company has come by and made repairs. They went above and beyond the service call to make it right. We will he using them for all our plumbing needs and will keep posting updates as they continue to provide exceptional customer service. THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT RIGHT!

The crew did a wonderful job at our office in Bryant this week. They identified the problem quickly, were on time every day, kept me updated throughout the process, and went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

After our hot water heater went out during the last cold snap, I scheduled a service call with Mid-Town. The woman who took all my information on the phone was very friendly and helpful. However, the day of our appointment (four days after scheduling) I called to check the time of arrival, and another woman spoke with me. She told me they did not have me in the schedule. She also said it would not have mattered anyway because they had other more important calls that day. This left my family without hot water for even longer since other companies also had a wait time. I was very shocked and disappointed in the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service!
