They did a great job. Thor and the other gentleman that he was working with sorry I don't remember his name. They came out promptly and fixed the water problem. Very polite.

After waiting 7 days for the company to show up. The Admin called me the morning of and stated that it would be $155 to show up and since the workers were coming form the island (20 mins to my house) that I would need to pay another $120 for their travel time. So just to show up it was $275 not counting the $155 per hour to work at my place. I understand the cost to show up but driving from job to job is a part of doing business. Want me to buy them lunch and gas up the van while they are in the area too?

Fun plumber? Yep. They installed an instant hot water heater and a water softener at our home. We had an issue with the water heater and they talked us through how to fix it over the phone while they were at a Braves game in Atlanta. Easy to do business with and a pleasure to talk with (on the phone and in person)!

I've had 2 toilets installed by Snyder and they were great. Very professional and friendly. I've also had a hot water heater moved from the attic to the garage by them. Great company and employees.

I give a 5 star rating to Rooter Express, Brunswick Ga. Needed a new faucet, called the company and the next day it was done; excellent customer service and great technician! Highly recommend this company!!!!

Work was well done. Felt price was excessive.$130base charge for travel plus minimum 1/2 hr charge for work. Overall felt $195 labor portion for 15 minutes was excessive. Just beware. Rates significantly higher than last time used. Felt should have been told of minimum $130 for travel time when called.

Thanks to Ray & TJ for an outstanding job. They patiently put up with my questions & comments & explained everything they were doing. Had clogged sewer line taken care of quickly & efficiently. Also thanks to office staff for making room for me on their schedule.

I had both bathrooms updated, which included 3 sink faucets and 2 bathtub faucets. The workers were very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. The bonus was the price, I’ll definitely do business with this company again!
