These Roto-Rooter Professionals are kind and helpful people. They are friendly and cheerful. They did not look down their noses at me and copped well with this old woman's forgetfulness. We are just getting into the repairs but I don't there will be any trouble.

Jared and his crew were tremendous. Many problems came up but they handled the job professionally.

Canon City, Colorado location is only 24/7 when they want to be. So probably just a waste of your time to call them if you need help on a weekend, holiday or at night. Their phone center will just tell you that they don't have any availability for the times that their tech doesn't want to be bothered.

My technician was awesome! He worked tirelessly for over 5 hours the first day, along with another technician he called in to help, and he returned on his day off to work approximately another 4 hours to resolve my sewer problem in single-digit temperatures! He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve my problem. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is having sewer problems!

The technician was very nice and understood the problem. He was considerate of the cleanliness of my house and found the best way to access the area. The problem was solved without trying to convince me I needed to replace my entire plumbing system like the other company I called.

The faucet in the bath took stopped working which meant no bath or shower. I was frantically calling plumbers. Those that advertised 24 hour seven day a week service made me laugh. They could come out in a week. Three of the plumbers I called had the call go to voicemail and never received a call back. Roto-Rooter answered quickly and promptly and scheduled an appointment for first thing the next day. My service tech arrived earlier than scheduled, after verifying it was ok. He was polite and professional. Got the faucet working, and even had time to install a new faucet in my kitchen. I am extremely pleased with the service. Would call them again in a heartbeat.

I would highly recommend this professional completely equipped company with all the necessary tools that solved my issue in 3hours. Service tech Dante was timely, courteous, polite, professional who ran 120’ of sewer snake and cleaned my line. Then ran the sewer viewer camera to verify. He also located my exterior clean outs and uncovered them. The whole team was great to work with.
