Unprofessional business. They were very hard to get ahold of and didn't complete the diagnosis properly for our water heater which delayed the warranty process of getting it fixed. We were out of hot water for over a week because this company dropped the ball. We ended up calling a different company and they were able to fix it day of. Would not recommend.

They made it their point to make it to me the same day and get our plumbing concerns done. Quick fast and professional best describes their work. Great job and I would greatly recommend them to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Plumbing Tricks. What started as a simple blockage ended up turning into a complete sewer line replacement. Thomas was very responsive and he and his completed the job with quality. I’m very happy with the outcome.

It’s always comforting when the warranty company an individual choose for services truly delivers what’s promised and expected. Homeserve has always been amazing in providing service when I needed them. My Hotwater Heater failed 3/8/24 @ 9pm. The CSR sent my claim as an emergency. HS called companies Saturday morning 3/9/24. All providers did/do NOT have working Technicians on weekends emergency or not. But, I was contacted by one of the provider who did have Technicians working but the CSR at (His & Hers) said my situation was NOT an emergency. Finally HS CSR (Kimberly-Tn) located Plumbing Tricks LLC who willingly added me to their full schedule for Sunday 3/10/24. Gage Hartley answered the call of duty, accessed my problem & replaced the tank. Gage was very helpful and sympathetic to my concerns regarding this situation. Thanks Gage & Plumbing Tricks🙏🙏🙏

Showed up fast, cost was affordable and very friendly Had additional plumbing work they were afforable again and did a great job again. The three men where knowledgeable and quick getting my water back on. Highly recommended.

Plumbing tricks did a fantastic job. They came in and troubleshoot it. They made me and my wife feel at ease. They performed the task by installing a new sewer, drain line. They unstop the water from in my house, and my system is performing perfect.
