Al and Heather were amazing! Very professional and kind, as well as knowledgeable. Al saved us from having to replace our entire water heater by finding a hidden issue with the drain. Very thankful for their expertise!

Al and Heather did a fantastic job replacing a broken copper pipe and two broken outdoor spigots! They came out shortly after I contacted Roto-Rooter and were able to complete the job in just a few hours. They both offered thorough explanations of what they were doing and offered fair pricing for all the work. Great service, the technician arrived within 30 minutes and was very friendly and knowledgeable, he gave me options for my repair and was very accommodating. I would recommend AL to anybody with a plumbing issue. His apprentice today was great also, they made a good team.

Technician arrived and promptly diagnosed the problem. He thoroughly discussed my options and associated costs. Once we made a decision, he was able to complete the service request and when he was all done, the problem was resolved. He was also able to reuse my extended flange on my farm style sink, which saved me about $80. Overall, very satisfied with my experience and if I ever need a plumber again, ROTOR ROOTER will be my first call.

We had a faint water stain on our ceiling in our kitchen that we noticed this morning. Al was super nice and helpful in explaining what may have caused it and checked all of the drains and took a look at our pipes in our garage as well. I initially was very stressed but Al was very reassuring. Also, Chad checked level of moisture and temperature around the water stain and he also explained there was nothing to worry about. They were both very honest and straightforward with us. 10/10 definitely recommend!
