Brad Fountain, service tech., was able to come 2 hours earlier than scheduled. He was friendly and professional and helped take care of what I thought was a monumental problem in just a short time. He showed me the problem was not as bad as I had feared and made the repair. He was knowledgeable, efficient and considerate of keeping the house clean. I happily recommend this service.

Outstanding. Replaced 2 faucets and installed an ice machine. Tech extremely knowledgeable, expert, made easy work of it. First time using Mr Rooter definitely will use this service again. They are now my go to plumbing service.

We had a terrible drain clog. Lonnie and Bobby showed up within minutes and got the job done in under 2 hours. They were friendly and explained the process and options wonderfully.

Brad and Dillian from Mr. Rooter has been amazing! For me, it has been difficult finding any trustworthy help, especially a plumber. But, I was completely disarmed by Brad & Dillan’s transparency and ability to communicate. I was continuously updated throughout the entire process and left every conversation informed and empowered to maintain my home. I’m 6”5’, but seeing how easily they maneuvered in around the crawl space under my house, boosted my confidence to jump under their as well. 👀🙏🏿😉. The reasonable pricing was simply an added bonus! Price was estimated to be way less than what was charged. Quoted one price and my account was billed $500 more. They need to train the technicians better. Absolutely 100% not worth what I paid.

Awesome work. Actually fixed a problem at the junction box that should have been addressed 40 years ago. Very friendly, knowledgeable employee. He fixed the problem Right the 1st time!! Highly recommended.

Brad and Dylan were very kind and knew exactly what they were doing concerning new piping for my home. I was notified and informed throughout the process. Great guys to work with. I gave the company four stars because of the price. It was very expensive.
