The guys that came didn’t know what they were doing. They said I needed a new motor and fan. The problem was the connecting black wire wasn’t connected. The bill with all the labor hours was to be over $3,000. I got everything fixed by a local HVAC company for $400.

The plumber came our home at 7:50am this morning. He was able unclogged the toilet sink in 5 minutes, but my toilet needed double flapper. He said he is going to home deport and buy it. I told him if you charge for shopping fee, I don't want to continue the service. He said he will not charge for the shopping fee. He came back from Home Depot after 40 minutes which less than a mile from our home. Then he finished (temporary fix) the job The entire job was completed within 20 minutes. He spent the the hour very wisely for charging the service fee . He charged me for an entire hour whiche is $250. I was charged $250 for under $100 job. Today(2024/04/24) : The flapper link was broken in 2 hours. I called the company and they sent the plumber again. He again did a temporary fix but the water started leaking into the toilet. They are saying that is not part of the job. They want me to hire another company/person to fix that. The laday at front desk told me the owner is going to call me but he never did. He called his employee but he didn't have to time to talk to me for 2 minutes to solve issue. This company cares about money. Just be careful when you hire for any service from this company. I highly recomond NO to this company for any job.

David showed up on time and was professional. He immediately began a real troubleshooting process. 2 other techs from other companies looked at my old boiler and just told me I needed a whole new system, no real troubleshooting. David found the problem and replaced the malfunctioning part. After the bad experiences with the others David's knowledge and honesty was absolutely appreciated.

I am very impressed with American Plumbing. I called before business hours and had a plumber at our house same day by 11am. Colton is great. He fixed the water softer that they installed and were super conscious about dirt/shoes in house. Great service, friendly and knowledgable.

The team at American Plumbing have been exceptional to work with. They have proven to be honest, reliable, responsive and effective across several properties. Danny Jones knowledge and expertise, communication, organization and project management are some of the best I've seen. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Arrived to our home in Edwards from Texas with an inside air temperature of 50 degrees! Happened to see y’all working across the road and Zach came right over, assessed and repaired the issue! We noticed water leaking from our boiler on Christmas morning. We called our primary plumbing company but they never answered their emergency number. We called American and they responded quickly and had David out that day to assess the situation. Juan was able to complete the repair easily later. Both David and Juan were very communicative throughout the process while Crystal did a fantastic job on the back end. I was tentative in calling American as I have have primarily used another plumbing service in the past. I was pleasantly surprised by both the professionalism and communication and will definitely use American Plumbing again in the future.

American Plumbing has been easy & reliable to work with. They are always able to get us in within a couple of days & are very communicative about every step. Juan has been our plumbing tech on a couple of different jobs and he is wonderful. Very detail oriented, really knows what he’s doing & personable. Can’t recommend American Plumbing & Juan enough.
