Wilson at S&S has done a couple jobs for me so far. He was instrumental in helping us get our warranty company to approve the replacement of our hot water heater and did a fantastic job getting that replaced and installed quickly. Additionally, we had been going through a terrible time trying to get our Hvac replacement done and had been ghosted by previous contractor. I called up Wilson with S&S and he was there the same day to diagnose the unit and provide options including the different units available at affordable rates. When it came time for the job to be done, he was easy to work with and him and his crew were there to get the job done. They did a wonderful job with the installation and clearly put in the effort to sign their work with excellence. I will absolutely be using S&S Plumbing Hvac LLc for future jobs.

I am so very pleased with Mr. Wilson and S & S Plumbing. I had a leak from my upstairs bathroom into my kitchen. I reached out to my home warranty company and they sent out one of their contractors. The contractor identified what they thought was the leak. After 5 trips from this plumber, and having to pay each time they came with a different diagnosis for the leak each time, I called another major plumbing company out twice and they came with a different diagnosis, which turned out to be incorrect. In the process of them trying to discover the leak, walls and ceilings were cut out of my new home and I was still left with a leaking ceiling!! After speaking with a friend in much disgust, she referred me to her plumber at S & S Plumbing. She said if anybody can determine the source of the leak, Mr. Wilson can. I'm so grateful that I called him. Mr. Wilson was able to find the source of the leak in less than 10 minutes. He quickly went to the hardware store, purchased the part, and repaired my leak all in the same day. He and his team were extremely reasonably priced and my ceiling is no longer leaking!! To say I'm pleased is an understatement. I spent well over $1k between multiple visits from the other plumbing companies only for them to improperly diagnose my problem. S & S Plumbing got it right the first time! I highly recommend this company!

Wilson is the best HVAC/Plumbing we have ever had. He’s very responsive and efficient and always takes his time to make sure the job is done right and we are taken care of. He has fixed all 3 of our units! Each a different repair and he always gets it done.

I needed a hot water heater a couple of weeks ago mine came with the house when it was built 20 years ago . I went through my insurance company and luckily S&S picked up the job. He came.out to diagnose the problem.... The water heater was shot... Dead on arrival! He did whatever he had to do and by that evening it was approved to replace the water heater. He set me up for a couple of days later. He showed up early/on time with a new water heater, installed it and cleaned up. I was so excited to have hot water again. The entire family jumped for joy because cold showers are not always fun! Everything works correctly and I will be using him again. He's a very kind person. I'm requesting him for all of my future heating and plumbing needs. I am also telling my friends to call him... I encourage you to call him if you want it done right and in a timely manner!!!! You'll be impressed 🤩⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Oh yeah you can request them when using insurance as well)

They came out in May 2022, to unclog our toilet. They did not unclog it, the busted the pipes and let all the waste go under our residence. When we called them to fix the issue, they did not show up and then blocked us from getting in contact with them. I now have a huge nasty mess that I cannot afford to fix. If the job was done correctly, this wouldn't be the review they are getting. They tore off rge under pinning and threw it in the yard. I now have a river of sewage surrounding my home. My Husband has health issues. I have grandkids. And animals.This is bad business . Fix your mess ups!

S&S Plumbing was an awesome experience! They were quick to get me an appointment, and they respected my time and my home. The garbage disposal was installed quickly and the man was very polite and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and everything works wonderfully. The price was very reasonable and I will surely use them in the future!
