Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Very thorough, courteous, timely. They helped to diagnose and give advice on a screw up Cspire made putting line through our yard.

These guys rock! Due to work, I haven't been able to take care of my house as much as I should, and I found out I had a mold problem. A friend recommended C.J. and John from Roto-Rooter, and they got it all cleaned up! They came over, were very polite, and gave me some tips on how to prevent something like that from happening in the future. And how they got it done so fast and looking so good, I will never know! If I have a problem like this ever again, I know who I want to come fix it up.

I would like to leave a review on a technician named Kelly, they took care of my apt. With no questions. The guy in charge Kelly, was a really nice young fella, well that is until he took his hat off.. then I realized he was just real easy on the eyes, especially while working. I really hate that he had to leave, but my if my apt. Stops up again… best believe I will be calling on Kelly once again for my plumbing needs.

Plumber Jeff was phenomenal and patient. My new Kitchen faucet needed connector extensions, and Jeff fixed it in no time. He was very professional, worked with my schedule, and nice. Thanks for saving the day.

Being stationed in Memphis in the military has always been a problem due to my hours and my life, especially for my wife. When my neighbors shower broke and destroyed my ceiling with mold, I had no idea what to do. But then I was recommended Roto Rooter by a friend, and I could never have been more thankful! While I was at work, C.J. and John were extremely helpful and respectful as my wife was home at the time. She said she enjoyed every bit of the time they had, which seemed odd to me but as long as the wife is happy haha! When I got home, they also left us a list of tips of ways to help with mold in the future too! I recommend this to anyone who ever has a problem with mold or water damage in the future.

The team in the office answered immediately and got me set up with an appointment at the most convenient time. Jeff, our technician, arrived on time and found us easily. He took the time to explain each step of the process and showed us where he found the problem. He worked quickly to resolve the issue, and made sure my baths would be extra hot. Many props and brownie points to Jeff - who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy!

Our water heater went out and Roto-Rooter was able to make it to my house the same day! Rob came out and replaced our water heater in a fast and timely manner. He was knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter to help out with any and all plumbing needs!
