Plumbing by Jake

I was not pleased with service nor technician provided by Jake on 4/30 Not having proper tools nor materials a 2 hr. job took nearly all day. On 5/1 problems occurred with hot water circulating pump. All stemming from work performed on 4/30. Contacted Jake on 5/2 to explain problem and concern. Different plumbing tech (Ray) from Jake arrived on 5/2. Ray understood the situation and my concern and wanted to make things right. Ray appeared far more knowledgeable about the equipment and plumbing in general and was able to resolve the problem! Thank you Ray!

Ray and Tyler were the kindest techs I've ever worked with. They kindly answered every question we had, explained everything in full detail, and were all around fun to talk to and work with. 10/10 experience. (We had our water heater replaced if that matters)

I am so happy that we called plumbing by Jake they came out the same day for service and we really appreciate that. What awesome techs, Jason and Arlie did a great job for us and we will use them again.

Had a tankless water heater installed after my tank water heater started leaking. They showed up around 11 and the job was completed by 3. Cleaned up and hauled away the old heater. Very happy with there work!

James and Dante were very efficient and knowledgeable. They wasted no time getting out to my house and fixing things up perfectly. The communication and work ethic were top notch! HIGHLY recommended!

Another win for plumbing by Jake! Had an issue with my RO and they immediately sent Louie out to solve the problem. He was courteous, professional, and explained everything in great detail! I guess you really are a VIP either VIP plan! Well worth the $ for having piece of mind!

My mom had a gas leak and I couldn’t find anyone in town to help (we live in California). The gas company turned off the gas and gave her a red tag for the leak. We got her space heaters right away and continue to find a company to help us. My mother is 88 years old and her Land is not in the best of shape because of its age, and her not being able to do a lot of the work. However, we have tried to help, but this was one situation that I could not do myself. Plumbing by Jake contacted me and asked if we had fixed our problem I informed them that we had not and they were out there that same day. I truly appreciate everything that they did. They kept us informed, they were Clean and tidy and took pictures for me. It was the easiest experience and I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done. The gas company on the other hand won’t be there for another five days To turn the gas back on. it was a pleasure working with an amazing team. God bless all of you. Plumbing by Jake was able to get the gas company out to my mom’s in one day. As of today her gas is on! Thanks again for your help.
