Fantastic service and fair pricing. Called up and was fortunate enough to get same day service and a couple leaks fixed. Will definitely be giving On The Way Plumbing my business going forward. I can't recommend them enough!

Had a great experience. Needed some work done to replace our pressure regulator. While the plumber was looking at the work he made some suggestions that made sense that I liked.

Sergio saved the day when my water heater started to leak Friday night. He walked me though what I needed to do to prevent any further leaking and damage to the home and was out promptly to replace the unit. I couldn’t ask for anything more. The technician responded VERY quickly to our emergency call and quickly replaced and repaired a burst pipe (one of the main water lines to our house) so we could turn our water back on. The pipe burst on a Friday evening. OTW Plumbing was not only kind enough to come out on a Friday evening but also arrived within less than 20mins of me calling. He patched things up so we could have water that evening until he was able to return the next day with proper parts to replace the corroded pipe. Very professional, responsive, and charged a fair fee for the service provided.

Sergio has been to our house at least five times to work on our plumbing projects or make repairs. When you call to schedule an appointment you get one in a reasonable amount of time and you are given an arrival window that is always met.
