This past Sunday I went online to look for a plumber to fix some bathroom issues in my mother's home. I was surprised that Stephanie answered the phone and place a request to have a techinician come out the very next day. On Monday, I received a call stating if we could reschedule because the available tech was finishing up a job. I was expecting the tech to come out the next day but we were able to reschedule for the same day. This company has FANTASTIC customer service skills. I advised I would be handling the payments and communication for my 74 year old mother. They were accomodating and I spoke with Kaleb who sent me a quote and photos via text to approve the work. I was expecting to pay at least $800 for the work. When he completed it ended up being $600 with a senior citizen applied. Kaleb also explained that there were other damages and was able to refer us to another plumber who would help my mom file an insurance claim to fix the water damage that was found. My mom said they were really good to her and explained the process and provided details and were very patience. Thank you kindly for making this process less stressful and being an advocate for the senior citizens in the community!

I checked a few plumbers out, that I found on line. The person who answered the phone was amazing, customers service skills were impeccable. All the reviews were positive on line and they give a military discount, which I appreciate. Caleb was knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job. I would recommend them highly.

Kaleb Pense from All Aloha Plumbing arrived promptly and did a great job! We needed 2 toilets worked on, and drain and diverter repair on an old cast iron tub/shower. He needed to do some reconstruction work on the tub, but it's working well now. He showed us what he was doing at each stage so we know what's "under the hood" as well as seeing the finished results. Great company on many levels thus far. My favorite part about my experience with this company (aside from a personable and knowledgeable technician named Caleb (sp?) Was the fact that I was presented with options and logic without feeling coerced. As a matter of a fact, he would have made some very logical sales if it wasn't for my budget. I used them for planning my plumbing. Great company, great technician, the rice was more than fair. I felt safe and I trusted their opinion. 10/10 so far
