I want to publicly thank Michael and David for their trustworthiness! Previous plumber quoted me $2500 to fix my "dangerously high" water pressure of over 120psi. I decided to get a second opinion with Ray Lusk and they found my water pressure to be normal at 50psi. No need to fix anything for now. Thank you for the honest and FREE estimate! Refreshing to know there are honest people out there not trying to take advantage of someone. You have earned a new customer with anything in the future. I appreciate you guys so much!

They seem like nice people but they appear to have failed to properly tighten a hose while installing a hot water heater. The hot water heater is in a closet separate from our main house so we didn't immediately notice the gas leak but when we did, the utility company had to come fix it and they mentioned it was good we found it because at anytime even a small gas leak can get out of control quickly. I reached out to Ray lusk by phone the morning it happened and didn't get a call back in the time frame they told me and I emailed them to let them know what the gas company found and I havent heard back just yet. Just make sure you double check their installations. The gas company showed us that you can do that by spraying soapy water on the hoses to see if a bubble forms. We personally don't plan to use them again or recommend them.

They didn't find the leak. Instead, they damaged my property by cutting my wall sheets and pipes inside my house, while the leak was in my yard. They refused to repair the damaged drywalls. Unlike other water detecting teams with two people, only one person came in. He needed my help for his work. He believed the leak was in my bathroom and spent about two hours to cut the walls and pipes, as well as reconnect the pipes. He couldn't find the leak in the bathroom and just indicated a wrong leak location let me dig to find it. He then tried to charge me more than $550 for his misleading detection.
I made a wrong decision to choose the company according to the Google rating and the $299 detection ad.

Ray Lusk Plumbing service person is a specialist in the somewhat not common problem I had. He kept me informed and answered my questions and promptly performed repairs. I have used Ray Lusk previously and know they will do a good job

We had them come out as a “second opinion” regarding what seems pretty clearly (from numerous indications and the other plumber’s assessment) to be a hot water leak from a pipe under the slab. The other plumber came out, was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient, spent nearly an hour locating the leak using a variety of techniques and equipment, explaining what he was doing along the way, and provided a proposed solution to make the repair (a re-route) from a single point of access in my garage wall near the water heater with and minimal damage in one location inside the house (assuming their assessment is accurate, of course). The Ray Lusk guy, while polite, spent about five minutes listening to the easily accessible pipes (he almost didn’t even check the laundry room until I opened the door and pointed it out; and when he did, changed his mind about the likely leak location), and then wanted to start cutting into walls to try to find the leak. He told me he might have to cut in multiple places and it was made clear multiple times that “we don’t repair sheetrock damage”. Understood, and expected. But that was really the only thing he was very clear or definitive about. He assured me there were NO other options. I declined the fishing expedition as I had very little confidence in the approach at this point. It ended up being a waste of the $299 minimum leak detection fee (communicated and agreed up front) for about 15 minutes of not helpful work. I expected more (perhaps unreasonably), was disappointed, and am going with the other company for the repair. Perhaps he would have eventually located a leak by opening up various walls, and I will be proven to have made the wrong choice. Time will tell, and I do want to be fair. But since Ray Lusk Plumbing has been pestering me for a Google review, here it is for now. Regardless of the eventual outcome, though, I am afraid I cannot recommend them based on my experience. Even if I end up unhappy with the other plumber, Ray Lusk Plumbing will not be on my short list for any future plumbing needs. I’ll roll the dice with someone else.

I just want to say that I am so glad I chose Ray Lusk Plumbing! They was able to get out to my home quickly to find out where my leak was at and not only did they find it but was able to fix it the same day. I appreciate a good company who does not try to over charge you. I recommend Ray Lusk if you are ready to get the job done! Thanks Ray Lusk😇

If you need a plumber, Ray Lusk Plumbing is who you need to call. Their rates are quite reasonable! My plumber, Aaron, arrived much earlier than expected after calling to see if it was convenient. He was polite, professional and efficient. I will call them anytime I need a plumbing repair!

Making an appointment was easy although I had to wait 4 days to gat a technician. On the appointed day the technician called before he came and showed up shortly thereafter. He gave me an upfront estimate with a maximum dollar amount assuming the problem was what I said it was ( a bad water control valve). He replaced the valve with one I provided in about 20 minutes and then presented me with a bill for $269 (which was the max amount he mentioned earlier). He did great work and was very courteous. My only complaint was the cost. 30 minutes of work for $269 with me doing the diagnostics ahead of time and providing the part. Other than that I have no complaints and was very happy with the tech and his work.
