We had a boiler issue and were told they would give an estimate for $79. The technician gets out here and says he needs to do a diagnostic ($340) on the boiler, including taking the boiler apart, to see what is causing the problem. I agreed. Within 15 minutes he tells me I need to replace my boiler and quotes me a $19k job. The boiler had not been pulled apart to diagnose the problem. As a matter of fact, there was still dust on all parts of the boiler. It had not been touched. I called the office to pay the $79 as no diagnostic was performed, and they said pay the $340 or they start the lien process, even after explaining the lack of a diagnostic. Stay far away from this company. I reached out to a local plumber, after this experience, and they were able to tell me what was wrong and fix the issue for under the $340 JT made me pay for a nonexistent diagnosis. Again, stay away.

Rob, Steven, and Oscar did an amazing job! My partner and I were very stressed and concerned when we learned that all our water pipes had to be changed. Rob, Steven, and Oscar fixed everything and were so conscience and respectful while doing their work. Thank you, we appreciate you all!
