I don't normally write bad reviews unless it is warranted and this one is. I would highly suggest not using this company and calling any other plumber available to help you. They never showed up for the original appointment time at 10am to 1030 window. I called them at 12pm I called and asked if they were coming, they lied and said our original appointment time was for later that day at 3pm.....which they didn't show up to either. I am very busy and meticulous with my schedule so I knew 100%when she said my appointment was at 3pm, it was a lie. Normally when someone lies to me, I cut them off immediately. it tells me everything I need to know about conducting business with that type of person. If they will lie about something so simple then they will lie about the services you need and the price. A liar is a thief and can not be trusted...EVER. Nor do i want to give my hard earned money to someone with no morals or integrity. But I didn't follow my standard operating procedure, since i has already wasted half a day waiting for them and I needed work on my plumbing They ended up Wasting my whole day waiting, the very least they could do was give me a curtsey to call to let me know they were not coming. I should have know from my 1st phone call with them when they wouldn't even give me ballpark estimates on very specific jobs and when she said the technician will call me back to discuss prices they never did. And people wonder why they go out of business.
