I am telling my story because I want the public to know what a excellent company Xpert Plumbing, they are honest, reliable and gets the job done the first time. I had a leak in the ceiling of my garage, I call my home warranty because i did not know where the leak was coming from. My home warranty Cinch sent a company called Delmar plumbing, I do not like calling a company out but I have to save the next person that will use this company. A guy from Delmar Plumbing came out on Friday April 19th to diagnose the problem he took a picture of the ceiling in my garage looked at my shower where the leak possibly was coming from. I received a call on the 22nd that I had a crack in my shower pan and they would have to remove some tile at the bottom of my shower to get to the pan and would cost me 7500.00. My gut feeling could not bring me to let Delmar do the job just did not smell right. I wanted a second opinion so I called home depot and used their pro services, I received five responses and my gut was to use Xpert Plumbing. Marty and Preston came out friendly, knowledgeable, and explained what the job entailed. They opened my ceiling around the leak , ran my shower and BINGO, the diagnose my shower drain, put some puddy there and leak free ALL IN ONE DAY FOLKS! When I tell you it was a far cry from Delmar plumbing. I had to hug these guys and I got so emotional because I am women that do not know anything about plumbing, Marty and Preston could have went a few thousand dollars less than what Delmar plumbing quoted me/dupe me. "But they didn't" this lets me know that there is still good companies/people out here that have a conscious not to dupe anyone. There is still people/companies in the world that is honest with their work. This is a great company i will use them again! Marva Manuel

Absolute 5 star satisfactory. Xpert plumbing gained a life long customer today. Very professional and courteous. Went above and beyond to help me with my situation while explaining the knowledge. Nice to know that there are still companies around who actually care for your needs and have amazing customer service.

Would give 10 stars if allowed. Before and after pictures shown! Cannot thank Marty and Preston enough. Super professional and personable, honestly felt like I was talking to my family. I called them about the pressure relief pipe leaking outside my home. Turns out we had very high water pressure in our home, causing a lot of other issues. The pressure relief valve had failed, we had no expansion tank, etc. (previous owners had DIYed the system).They were able to quickly diagnose the source of the problem and explain everything including the dangers/safety issues with the current set up and what the recommendations were. I really felt like they were looking out for me and my home! They were not pushy or overselling services, they told me exactly what the issues were and what the solutions would be, if I wished to do them, all while answering every one of the million questions I had. They replaced our water heater and pressure relief valve system, bringing it all up to code. They really brought me peace of mind with the whole process and had it done very quickly. I’m so glad that we had this issue remedied before there was a major pipe leak. I feel amazing about the whole process and I am very thankful for their services! I’m so pleased with the results, and so happy I went with a local business! I have already recommended them to all my family members nearby.

Marty and Preston were excellent for our needs. They texted when they were on the way and came on time. Fixed our gas fireplace and even looked at a plumbing problem. We highly recommend and will call them for sure if we need a plumber!!!

Not sure where all these great reviews come from. Called to get an appointment. I was scheduled for December 28th between 9:00 and 11.00. Never got a confirmation of the appointment. Then on December 28th I called to confirm that they were coming and was told that the window was from 11:00 to 1:00. Fine. Preston had a bunch of excuses. At 2:00 PM, well past the window, he came with another excuse. At that point I told him that his services were no longer needed, blah blah blah and he hang up on my instead of apologizing. Very rude toward a first time customer.

Great Service and the price was right. I had a new stand alone shower insert put in my small bathroom, they even had to replace my original cast iron plumbing for the drain. Marty and Preston were both very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Since I first contacted them there was communication every step of the way, everything was in writing. They were very conscientious of the samll area they were working in and my bathroom was swept and all debris cleaned up and hauled away. It was a big job for a small area. I am very pleased and it gives me a little peace of mind know a really great plumbing service is only a phone call away. Thanks guys! (Oh yeah, and they love dogs)

These guys were amazing! Took their time and were trying to up-sale me on things I don’t need. Literally gave me honest assessments on my shower water pressure, and very affordable pricing on alternatives to resolve my solution. I definitely DEFINITELY advise using them! It’s difficult finding honest and transparent workers in this industry and they definitely are the exception! Super knowledgeable and passionate about their work! 10 stars out of 5!

I am very satisfied with the work the Xpert Plumbing crew did in my bathroom. I had a shower added to an existing bathroom. They added the plumbing and drainage needed for the bathroom. I saw the hard work that it took to make it happen from busting the concrete floor open to connecting the pipes in my ceiling. They did an excellent job. I was referred to them by a friend who spoke highly of this company and they were right. They communicated everything up front and were honest. Their price was also fair and worth every penny. I had another plumbing issue to arise and I have already scheduled them to come back.
