FitzGerald and Sons Plumbing Company

Called on a Sunday evening at 7 pm. for a break at the valve that supplies water to my house. At 7: 15, Travis responded and said he was on another call and would head my way. He arrived earlier than he said (8:30 pm.). He was very professional, began the repair and completed the work in the stated time. He truly gave great customer service. The final bill given the rising costs of everything we purchase these days was very fair for a emergency service! Would not hesitate to call Fitzgerald & Sons again for any plumbing needs I might have!!!

PLEASE don't use this company! They are more committed to sales than repair! I had a appointment for a estimate of repair. Two very young nasty inexperienced unprofessional SALES employees came. Not ok! Their estimate of repairs included other repair details that were NOT necessary. As he spoke you could here the urgent pitch to make more money on closing the deal. Did not allow the repairs and went with another company. So glad I saw threw the sales pitch!

Jared from Fitzgerald & sons plumbing came to my home 🏡 yesterday to find a gas ⛽️ leak I was having, let me tell you this young man found my gas leak & professionally cut into my wall and repair (2) holes in the fuel line which was causing my leak, this young man not only found and repaired it, he did it in a hour.😃 omg Jared is the bomb 💣 and he deserves to be promoted or giving a raise. His professionalism and expertise on the matter was superb & innovation to the matter shows and exemplifies high standards & professionalism. Jared whenever I have a gas leak or a plumbing problem I will be asking directly for you sir, and I have told about 6 of my neighbors already about you brother.

We called Fitzgerald and Sons Plumbing for a gas leak in our kitchen after having another company come out that did not know what they were doing. Jared listened to our concerns and made us feel like we took priority. He did a test, found the leak and fixed the issue with no problem. We are so grateful that we came across this company. Jared was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I recommend anyone looking for an affordable superb plumber to call Fitzgerald Plumbing. I wish we called them the first time.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fitzgerald Plumbing for jobs large or small. We’ve had them out to our house to replace a faucet and a leaky hose bib, which all went very well. More recently had them come fix a major water line break under our driveway. It was a really tough job on a cold, wet day. They were professional and incredibly hard working. We were so grateful they were able to find the problem and fix it. It’s nice to know this is a great company to fix plumbing issues when you need them.

Over charges, questionable results. To replace a plastic shower drain top, they charged me $189.00 the the first day without fixing the problem, then another $189.00 the next day when they found the right part in their warehouse. Years before they replaced my water heater when it turned out not to be necessary. Recently they charged me $338,23 just to replace my toilet tank handle and flapper. My $189.00 refund request was not answered. In response to their customer satisfaction survey, they failed to respond to my concerns. GOODLE, word of mouth and BBB complaints to follow.

The care was just not there. They charge $90 to come out and quote me (which is fine) only to provide me with a generic quote written on a carbon copy invoice like were still in the 80's. The quote showed little to no written detail and it was simply based off hourly labor and some equipment needed for the job, nothing was personalized...I technically could have gotten a quote over the phone since I already explained over the phone that I had a leak detection company come out and I already detected where the leak under my slab was coming from. I asked the technicians who came to my house for 2 quotes regarding the leak: 1 was for a repipe and the other was to fix the leak under the slab. I recieved the slab quote on the 80's carbon paper that same day and was told I had to wait for the repipe quote as a manager would reach out and have to come back to assess the home...meanwhile 2 days later my pipes are still leaking and I still hadn't gotten a call or email back from anyone to inform me when the manager was to come out and quote me for the repipe. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional all together. They didn't discuss at all how they were going to prevent the debree from potentially spreading into other parts of my home while digging under the slab...so I am assuming they don't provide the proper equipment for that? Fitzgerald, I recommend taking a little more care in your line of work just as "HIS plumbing" does. Maybe ditch the generic quotes too because people actually like when you personalize a big job like a repipe. I learned a lot after not hiring you guys which was disappointing considering you have decent reviews. You all were the only ones out of 4 other companies to charge for for your "generic quote", which is also quite laughable.

Simple job of installing a broken toilet flange. The guys did a great job - quick, timely, friendly. I wish Google would let me leave another five star review but you only get one. Fitzgerald and Sons knocked it out of the park again by coming out last minute to plumb in a water heater I had attempted to DIY. They did an incredible job. I'm extremely pleased with the work.
