Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

Our technician was Aaron T. and he was absolutely fantastic. They responded quickly and he was super helpful, kept us informed about what he was finding, cleaned up super well when he was done and was just generally nice to be around. I would 100% use this branch of Roto Rooter, and Aaron specifically, in the future.

Very accommodating, the techs were helpful by explaining the repair and the reasons behind the prices. Not sure about the prices but I will use them again. Being courteous and respectful goes along way for me.

I always use Roto-Rooter and they always are professional and do a great job. My issue is their trucks. Considering they service the Roaring Fork Valley, their trucks don’t have 4x4 or snow tires. Today I had a servicemen get suck on my driveway and felt terrible because he was put in a pretty scary situation that he definitely shouldn’t have been put in. (I let the office know ahead of appointment that 4x4 and chains were required.) This review is specifically for the owner. Considering the location of your business, and the safety of your employees, don’t you think making the investment in 4x4 vans and winter tires is worth it?

Charles did a wonderful job of assessing and correcting the situation. He also took a look at how well (or not) a couple of other things were put together. This information will allow us to budget for future work. Very much appreciated!

Great service and the technician (Charles Norsby) was honest and up front with the work that needed to be done. The job was completed very fast! Would highly recommend and hopefully we don't need them again, but if we do I will definitely call them!
