Called and told them my issue, he said he could come the next day and had me text my issue, address to him.. never heard from them

I've needed a plumber quickly twice this year. Both times the owner was able to get to me exactly when scheduled and handle my repairs for an extremely reasonable price. When you need this type of service you are completely at the mercy of whoever you hire. Baird's Plumbing made me feel like I had a friend helping me, one who really cared that the job was done correctly and economically. It is a relief to find a provider like this that you can trust.

They were willing without hesitation to come out after hours to repair a broken water line leading into our home. They had to finish the job after dark. They were friendly, quick to respond, worked fast and were very reasonable price especially for after hours!! I would use them again.

Very unprofessional. Made two appointments for our upstairs bathtubs and he never showed up to either of them or responded to texts asking if he was coming. Never called or notified us in anyway or got back to us on why he couldn't make it.

Called him on Tuesday night, he said he would be able to be there today(Wednesday) at 1200, I text at 1:30 and 1:50 no response. I text a third time no response. I had no water, no electric because there was moisture in the breaker box from water heater and I have heart problems and can’t stand the heat. I waited till 4:00 and went to a motel! If he would have just let me know! Not professional service!

Did not show up when stated on phone, but the following day. I had hired another plumber by that time they showed. I would have used their services if they had called to inform me they were delayed. They were polite.
