Waters Plumbing & HVAC is awesome! They always have someone standing by at the phones, and are prompt to get the job done! They have several knowledgeable technicians & plumbers. They installed a new heating and air system for my house and it was a LOT more efficient on my electricity bill for my summer AC use.

Two technicians came today to check the boiler on the radiant heat. They were polite made good suggestions and were very accommodating. Would recommend them if you need heater water filtration hot water heater work done

Chris and Kelly came out on a Friday with an emergency water heater replacement and HVAC servicing and I couldn’t have been more happy with both of them. They did excellent jobs and they were quick, they were efficient and they were super professional. They walked me through every step and gave me all the options I needed to make a decision and at the end they had installed a tankless water heater and serviced my HVAC. These guys are Rock stars and I will definitely be using these guys again!

What a great team! Great customer service and top notch communication! Working with Anthony, Debbie and Patti has been like working with my own family. They really care as if the project was taking place in their own homes. I know there were others involved who were just as good, but I can’t remember their names. This must be the best service call I have ever had. I had previously been with another company. The engineer simply could not make sense of the problem. Why? Because it was all about selling me a new system. In contrast, Waters’ Engineer, Mr Kelly Quashnik, fixed my heating system in record time, replacing an worn-out capacitor along the way - no problem. His approach was one of outstanding professionalism, with clear explanations to the customer, leaving my system functioning and my home warm… while engineer from the other local company left me living in cold, miserable conditions. Thank you very much for your excellent and exemplary service. You put the others to shame, believe me!

Nick was very thorough and detected the stoppage quickly. It was a bad stoppage and Nick quickly set up a follow up plan to determine the extent of root intrusion and what it will take to correct the problem. Nick was very careful to make sure we understood the problem, follow up and repair and cost involved. Excellent service and being informed all along the way, Nothing left not understood. Justin and Nick installed a brand new swap cooler for us. They were very careful, took their time, gave recommendations for winter and summer times. Always on time. Always picking up the phone and getting back asap. The office staff has been very helpful too! We used our home warranty and all the paperwork was emailed to us right away! Highly recommend!
