Very nice guy and professional. Explained everything and answered any questions I had. Contacted him Sunday afternoon and he was here Monday morning to replace my water heater. Price was very reasonable, Steve actually cares about the customer. Shad’s Plumbing will be my go to from now on. Thanks for your quick service.

***No call, no show!!!!*** We called Shad's Plumbing because we had a water leak in our crawlspace so we had to shut off the water. Steve told us he was going to be in the area and could work us in and be by in a few hours. My husband called him around 12:00. At 2pm Steve calls my husband, reassuring us he was finishing a job and would be coming by as soon as he can. Hours go by and my husband calls Steve at 6pm. He reassured my husband he was still coming by. Here we are at 9:30pm with no water, call or repair done. My family and I are not able to shower, wash dishes, wash clothes, etc. We had to go to a friend's to shower because they couldn't just give 1 call! We pay plumbers and other people in the industry by the hour for their time and my time is just as valuable!!!

Steve has come out to help us several times and has been soooo helpful every time! He is very knowledgeable and super affordable! I will always call Steve at Shads Plumbing first! We are so grateful for Steve!

I had a leak on a hot water line and made a post about how to fix the issue myself. Steve gave wonderful advice but I wasn’t able to fix the leak and actually created a new one. Steve came out same day to get our water turned back on- he knew I had small kids. A new leak had formed from the work I had done and Steve came back out the next day to fix it. He was super friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and affordable! I highly recommend his work and will definitely call Shads Plumbing in the future instead of giving myself a headache with attempting to fix myself.

We had a huge problem with a previous installation of a garbage disposal (they completely botched it and rushed it) and Shad’s plumbing CORRECTLY fixed it for a very decent price. They were great at communication so I knew exactly what was happening at all times, and I didn’t have any “surprise charges” at the end. They were on time, and very understanding! I will never use any other plumbing company ever again!
