D-N-V Plumbing & Heating

Poor customer service. We've reached the point of scheduling 2x & got stood up both times. Edit 2 years after the original post above: I tried this company again as someone said they're good. I called & set up to get things checked out & lo & behold I got stood up again. I'm pretty upset becauae there's a lot of work that I need done, but I'll find somebody else. Some think I should call back, but that's their responsibility for customer service.

They didn't do anything. I paid $75 for them to look at my basement tell me it was overflow and would happen for a week. My basement keeps flooding. I had to call another plumber. Would not recommend them at all.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dean. I have never had someone more professional, and efficient!! He came at the end of the day when I called and explained everything I needed done. Cannot say enough great things about him. Highly recommend

I recently remodeled my bathroom, but during the Demo process, the entire floor needed torn out, So I called at least 8 different plumbers to give me an estimate for new plumbing in bathroom. Dean came out the following day and pointed out how the plumbing was really old and not run correctly from the previous owner. He was able to start the next day, knowing that I only had one bathroom in the house. He went way above and beyond what I could of expected, very professional, but doesn't talk much. Because of his prompt service and great work, I was able to put bathroom back together in 2 days. I recommend!

Quick response to my call and prompt, courteous, and AFFORDABLE service. I have and will continue to recommend them.

No needed a new hose made for motor home. Made up and supplied connectors in 15 minutes.

Christmas Eve needed a pipe in clogged no chance from these guy's wants had to go down someone else's chimminy to use the laundry room! (What did you think he needed to do)

Didn't show up for the appt we made, tried calling several times to reschedule with no answer. Left 3 messages and never received a call back. Wouldn't recommend . Poor customer service.
