The guy withthe better camera i am not i pressed with. He told my the tree roots had broken my sewer line and thR the should come down. Because the line went acrros the lawn to the street. I had the tree taken down. When the repair crew started to dig, the sewer line did not go across the lawn. But curved and went under the sidewalk and driveway. Noway near the tree. The repair crew was great. They had my sewer line dug up and replaced in one day.

I thought i was going to have to replace my whole drain field . But as soon as the guys came out they discovered that it was a simple fix and had it done professionally and fast! Thanks again Roto Rooter

The service person was extremely accommodating. When he looked at the drain that was clogged he discovered that he needed some equipment that he didn’t have with him. He left to get it and came back few hours later and took care of the problem.

Chris worked very hard to get the job done. It was a challenging installation but he kept positive until the end. He is an asset any company would love to have him as an employee.

Chance did an amazingly, quick job. I love the phone call ahead letting you know what time they will arrive. Very fast and very courteous. Thank you for getting our water back on so quickly. I highly recommend.

We had a leak in a hot water line underneath our house. We called Roto-Rooter & Chris came out later in the same day & repaired the leak. He was very nice & polite. I would recommend Roto-Rooter & I would certainly call them again.

The tech came on time and cleaned out my trap (I guess) he stated it would be faster to use a particular machine... He went to get it and it worked... Seemed like the tub was still slow, but the next morning my tub and toilet seemed to be running well. Tech was courteous and also cleaned the mess he made. I think the cost was excessive ($630), but I'm hoping not to have this problem again...

Robert fixed our clog quickly and was professional. He even gave several tips for how we could avoid a similar situation in the future. A+ service and will definitely be calling Roto Rooter again in the future when the need arises.
