This has been frustrating. We had them out to install a new dishwasher and redo the peetrap under our kitchen sink to decrease odors coming from the sink. A few weeks later we discovered that their fix leaked.. aggressively. To their credit, they came back out and returned the sink configuration to where it was before they had touched it. We just have a destroyed kitchen cabinet now. After 5 phone calls they offered me either a refund or repair of the cabinet, which they destroyed (but not after attempting to blame the damage on us). I will update this review if we end up going to small claims. This has been frustrating. I will update this review if we end up going to small claims. Edit for response to owner: I would be THRILLED for your company to fix the damage they caused AND refund for the work not completed. That is not what has been offered to date. So far the offer has been fix the damage OR refund. Mistakes absolutely do happen however, there was no pre-existing damage, the only leak this sink has ever had was caused by your company. We paid you to come out to address a smell with the sink and a leak under the dishwasher, your staff took photos, I would like to think the corroborates my statement.

Hello Brandon. I’m sorry to hear you are frustrated with the process. Although we take every precaution and train our employees weekly mistakes happen. When we make mistakes we correct them and make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. When the leak was discovered we immediately dispatched a technician to repair the leak. We have offered you a full refund and a complete repair to your cabinet. Some of the damage was preexisting from a leak that occurred prior to us being in your home. However we offered to repair the entire cabinet anyway and a full refund.

As a Restaurant owner I’ve gone through a lot of repair companies. It’s too bad it took so long to find Prime. They are quick and efficient. They are great at communicating arrival times, quotes, issues all of it. Nathan has been our most recent tech and he looks at repairs as if this was his own restaurant. If you aren’t using Prime you are getting second class service!

Bradley corrected our old builder piping and solved our chronic basement drain backups. He was prompt, personable, efficient and obviously highly experienced. Super guy and a great pro!

I hade Prime Plumbing & Heating replace the 18 year old furnace that went out in my home. I had no issues with prime and they were always in direct communication with me on the process. Their prices may have not been the cheapest option to go with but I did not have time to shop around and they were very fast to get me on the books and quality of work was very professional.

6 departments involved in the work. No supervisor showed up to check the work of 4 of the departments. When Customer Service was called the lady knew none of the people involved because the company is so large. Electrical and painting was not completed. We vacuumed after the work was done to clean. After spending approximately $11,000, we thought someone would at least do a final inspection to see if everything was done correctly. Very disappointed in company policies. Every worker who was at our house was very nice and considerate. Our complaint is about the administration. There was no one to oversee the job.

Incredibly disappointing experience. Our boiler stopped working. No heat or hot water right before the snow and cold temperatures and we have 3 little kids. The guy Nate comes out and in 5 minutes “fixes it”, we thought great! Easy fix, $80 no problem. Two days later, now over a weekend it goes out again. Turns out it wasn’t actually checked out very well because there was a a very damaged part that actually needed replacing…why wasn’t that check out the first time?? They were scheduled to come out again but wanted us to approve some other list of things before scheduling? $1300 worth of service work/cleaning just to make the appointment to come back?? Being in a vulnerable position in a freezing house with no hot water, My husband approved just to get them back. Husband decided to do his own problem solving which is how he discovered the bad part. He went around to several stores and finally purchased $40 part and installed in two minutes! They quoted $550 to install a part that took my husband two minutes. Heat and hot water are back. We kept the appointment so the “professional “ could just make sure there was nothing else going on and check it out more thoroughly. We were fully prepared to pay him for that but when he showed up he seemed bothered my husband fixed it, said he had to call the receptionist to let her know what was going on and my husband thought he was coming back but he just TOOK OFF without saying anything ! What in the world? My husband talks to the receptionist (who was equally frustrating) and apparently we should be lucky he didn’t charge us for the visit. So confused, frustrated and we don’t even feel they are entitled to the $80 for the first visit. I talked to some really helpful guys the day before and had they had a quicker opening would have used them 100 %.

Hello Gina. Normally I would respond differently to a negative review. However this particular review needs a more in depth and concise response. On your initial service call your husband reported an F9 fault on your boiler. When we arrived he told the technician that he “found the issue” it was some wood chips one of your kids had put into the vent and he had resolved the issue. The boiler was working so he asked the tech to look at a completely separate issue. The technician provided an estimate to replace a leaking valve and clean and service your boiler. Your husband called the next day to report the boiler not working again and that he had again found the issue. We again provided an estimate to replace the part he found that was bad. He approved both estimates. We sent a technician to get the parts and rearranged the schedule to fit you in same day. When the technician arrived to complete both approved estimates he was informed by your husband that he had already purchased and installed the parts and that he wanted the technician to check his work. The technician called the office to report this and the technician was redispatched to another job we had previously moved to accommodate you and your husband. For both trips to your home and the time spent gathering parts and the cost of the parts you were charged a grand total of $69

Paid them a $69 service fee to come out and give me an estimate on installing two parts in my tankless hot water heater. I already have the parts, and they quoted me $1,957 for 2-3 hours of labor. $1,950 for 3 hours of LABOR ONLY! I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere as other bids I got were far less.
