Southwest Roofing

I’ll called Southwest roofing and they promised they were going to come out on Thursday at 11:30 AM and then I called them that day and they said they can make it in The afternoon between 2 PM and 3 PM and then it was pushing 4 PM I called them twice during the hour of from 3 PM to 4 PM no answer I finally left a message saying you know if they don’t want to come out to a Palm Springs to give me an estimate they don’t want the job badly enough and it was very unprofessional of them not to call they should’ve called me said they didn’t want to job so I could’ve moved on from there so I did not use them I don’t recommend anyone using them.

The owner was brought to my home by a contractor I was working with to have some work done at my home including roof work. The owner of Southwest inspected to work to be done and quoted the job and I agreed and he stated that he would do the work the next week. NEVER showed or Called. The next week my contractor explained that something had come up with SW but they would come on Monday. NEVER showed or called. Same thing for Thur! Finally, week three SW would be at my house Monday morning at 7, NEVER showed or called. Rescheduled for Thur, he did show to remeasure and would schedule Fri 7am to do the work, NEVER showed or called. I cannot attest to his work and will never know, done with Southwest Roofing - in my book totally not dependable!
