This was the second time using Dana Logsdon for our roof repair and are very pleased with their work. They are very prompt communicating, estimating damage and repair. Ramon and Sal came out and were very efficient, cordial, kept us informed with the work being done. Job well done

The work done on my roof was amazing. It was resolved quickly and accurately. Ramon not only repaired the section that needed to be fixed but brought to my attention other issues and walked me through why they needed to be addressed and the best way to repair them. I recently had a home consultation with Dana Logsdon Roofing & Solar, and unfortunately, my experience did not live up to expectations. Despite a promising start, the company's handling of my project left much to be desired. Initially, I was impressed by the professionalism of the home consultation, during which I discussed my need for three skylights and one solar tube. However, I was told that I would receive a quote within 3-5 days. When the promised time frame passed without any communication, I had to proactively reach out to the company on day 6, only to receive a quote that was riddled with inaccuracies. The quote contained the wrong number of skylights, incorrect styles, and inaccurate placement locations. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of attention to detail and failure to provide an accurate quote was concerning. When I contacted the office to address these discrepancies, I was simply asked to send an email with the correct information, without any assurance that the issues would be rectified. This experience has left me questioning the company's commitment to customer care and professionalism. Despite reading positive reviews and being referred by my real estate agent at Barry Estates, I am hesitant to proceed further with Dana Logsdon Roofing & Solar. I worry that if such basic details were mishandled at this stage, there could be further complications once a contract is signed. While I appreciate the initial consultation and referral from Barry Estates, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company based on my experience. Potential customers should be aware of the possibility of delayed communication, inaccuracies in quotes, and a lack of attention to detail. I hope that Dana Logsdon Roofing & Solar will take steps to improve their processes and prioritize customer satisfaction in the future.

Dana and his team are highly skilled, honest, and hard working. I am in real estate and frequently need roof inspections. They always answer the phone and get me on the books quickly. They provide a variety of solutions at different price points so my clients can weigh their options. Dana has been in the business for decades and creates an excellent product. Dana arrived on time, his office provided a professional experience, and he was extremely thorough in inspecting a custom residence and the guest house on a property near the coast. As a real estate broker for over 20 years, it’s refreshing to have such an interaction when I know roofing companies can get very busy. Appreciate all efforts.
