I chose Dunlap because he was cheaper than my other bids. My roof was a tear off- a big job. I was concerned about taking the low bidder but had little choice. Luckily, it turns out, they are a very skilled and hard working crew. I don't think anyone could have done it better. I got 110%. Materials, workmanship, cleanup, the works.

I listen to Giants games, so often hear the outdated commercial. It was fine at the end of the rainy season, but really in the middle of summer: "...is it done raining...?" Playing this commercial over and over into the summer sounds more like Dunce Roofing.
