Recently used Skyline for a third project on my home, and I am as pleased as the previous two! Skyline delivers fair pricing, professional service, attention to detail, and prompt follow up. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Skyline Contracting. From start to finish we were pleased with the work they did. Scott, Tyler, Jason and Sam were great. Our home renovation of bathrooms, deck, windows, front porch, flooring and paint was a lot, but they kept everything running smoothly. We are so pleased with the final outcome. I have used Skyline Contracting before for attic venting repairs and again when a tree fell on the corner of the garage along with other storm roofing issues and I was totally pleased. They worked well with my insurance company and got things repaired in a timely manner and always kept me in the loop. This time they replaced my two front doors. I had looked for quite some time to find contractors that would work so close to aluminum siding with no luck. Skyline Contracting did a great job. Like they said, "All you have to do is be careful." I cannot compliment Terry enough for sticking with us through this process. We had two bathrooms flood a month a part. With covid, hurricanes and the confusion caused by two claims, it took the insurance company nearly four months to finalize the payout. Terry was with us at each step advocating on our behalf. Once the project started, Terry communicated every step of the way. Overall the work was rock solid and the few items on the punch list were taken care off. His team was courteous and cleaned up after every days of work. We felt completely comfortable having them come and go as they needed while we maintained our busy schedule. I would highly recommend Terry and his team.

I have a modern home with a flat roof. The original design and construction of the roof were defective. The roof was too flat, allowing water to pool, and the roof materials deteriorated. We had water damage in every upstairs room. We decided to remove the entire roof, including the plywood and insulation under the roof, and then replace it with a tapered insulation TPO roof. We also added gutters around the house. In addition to and related to the roof issues, the house was built with a partially covered roof-top patio but the patio walls had no flashing or any type of waterproofing, resulting in damage to the walls and the roof to the room below. We decided to remove and rebuild the walls of the roof-top patio and extend the roof to fully cover the patio. We also added flashing to the stone wall tops. Skyline Contracting managed the general contractor and roofing work, extending the roof over the patio and then replacing the entire roof. Skyline also did the interior remediation and multiple punch-out requests to help fully repair and then waterproof the exterior of the house. Skyline was on schedule, the crews worked all day, cleaned their mess before leaving and the manager, Terry Garrett, was always responsive and transparent about the process and cost. I was not looking for the cheapest option. I was looking for someone I could trust and who would deliver quality work and fix all the water and roofing issues. Skyline did that and more. I am very happy with their work and the whole experience. I recommend you call Skyline and ask for Terry Garrett.
