I had work done on my roof (e.g. replaced boots and replaced shingles) and had warped vinyl siding replaced on my previous home. The work was completed on time for the price that was provided as an estimate. I had no issues with the results or the quality of work. Absolutely stellar service ! Called Real Good Roofing about a concern I had with the recent storms and Dale came out within 24 hours and provided a very thorough assessment of the condition of our roof. He even made some suggestions as to what to do while we were deciding how to proceed. Free of charge! He was very professional, congenial and informative . If this is the kind of care provided before we have even hired them - you can only imagine how they will go above and beyond once work begins.

Dale was awesome! He overheard me talking on the phone and asked if he could help while in Home Depot getting supplies to cover my roof (leak). Very honest, helpful guy! Went out of his way to help and explain to me the difference between what needed to be repaired vs replaced, which saved so much $$$. Great appointment Real Good Roofing rep, Mr. Dale Shoemaker, on Tuesday, 30 Jan 24. Not only did he address the problem I had with a water incursion at the boot encasing a stand pipe, he provided many pictures of my roof for future documentation of changes to my roof from this date forward, and, during his examination of my attic space, he provided very useful information about the construction of framing of the roof support structure and how he could tell there was no issue with moisture in the attic based on a number of observations. When it is time for a new roof, Real Good Roofing will be my first call!

We have used Real Good Roofing for the last couple of years on our rental properties as well as commercial properties. We have never been disappointed.
