I have used Villareal Roofing on a couple of occasions, on multiple properties, and on each occasion they have been very professional, personable, affordable and they take pride in their work. They clean up well after the work is done. They come highly recommended by me.

I have had 3 quotes from roofers to solve my leak I've had for years. The first 2 quotes were for over $20,000 and the need for large portions of my roof being replaced and s still not guaranteed. My 3rd quite w was through Villarreal Roofing, $2,025 and guaranteed. Just had a heavy rain for 3 days and no leaks. Couldn't be happier with their work and my purchase.

Villareal Roofing did an excellent job with my roofing maintenance needs. Costumer service was great, everyone that I spoke to was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Villareal roofing to my friends and family. Oh yeah, I did refer my mother in law! She is another very satisfied customer! After numerous quotes and roofing companies not even showing up to provide a quote, we had Villareal Roofing provide a quote for our roof. They were very competitive and Gilbert came across as honest and professional. They are finishing up our roof project today and I am very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism of the entire company. The crew was hard working and respectful of our home as they tore off the entire roof and patio roof to replace. They went out of their way to ensure we are completely satisfied with the outcome. Jolene in the office was great and overall this was a very positive experience! I would (and have), highly recommend Villareal Roofing for your home roofing project. Five stars from me!!

This company has been very professional. The two men, who did the work on our roof, worked very hard all day fixing our roof. They explained what they were doing and noted the problems they saw. I appreciated that they cleaned up well after the work was done.

I called Villareal roofing for a quote to install a new roof. I had 3 quotes and they gave me the best price. They had installed my neighbors roof a few years back and did a great job. We decided to go with them. Gilbert told me they would be able to do it at the end of the year. They were able to come early which worked out great for me. They came out and finished the job completely in two days. The job they did was was extremely professional. They cleaned up all the debris, their workers were great, they painted all our roof penetrations to match our roof, new hurricane vents. The roof looks beautiful, I'm so happy I chose Villareal roofing. They are a local company, I wanted to stay local if I could. Please never hire this company. This was the big mistake i made. They had me without roof for three month had water damage. And the owner never answer the phone. Please do more search on the company's. Left nail visible. I had to ask them over to removed them. I also got fine. From the environment air quality because they did not get the right permit. Family suffer all the winners. And they never came out the cover my house with a tart like i ask them in many occasion. They just didn't care at all. I had to field a complain with state contact bord. And hire and attorney so they could come out and complete the work. I was over estress over the situation I got sick my kids got sick because of them. Every body stary away from this company.

Never ever ever deal with this company! How they have any good reviews is suspicious or the homeowners are clueless about roofing and costs. This person named Gilbert, the licensed roofer, was asked to inspect a roof and advise the cost of repairs with a 2 year roof cert. He asked for $500 upfront to show up and would apply this to the cost of repairs. His repair quote was for $3000 and gave a whole detailed explanation of what he would do. He NEVER provided a written estimate or written explanation of work required and asked for the total cost of this job UPFRONT! The contractor sent 2 guys who were on the roof for less than 90 minutes and left. When I inspected their work I nearly puked! See the picture. They simply laid non matching composition roofing right over the existing bad roof creating all kinds of lumps and for this 90 minute work, the cost was $3000? The roofer to this day has not provided me with a work order and now doesn't return calls. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the State Contractors Board and will be going after his Bond to get refunded and maybe reimbursed to remove his shoddy work and use a real professional to correct his job. He was also not legally allowed to collect the $3000 upfront according to the contractors board so hopefully I will get some relief from them. In the meantime, stay away from this company and Gilbert Villareal at all costs!! Terrible is an understatement!
