It's a poor company to do business with that employs poor business practices, in my opinion, and I felt people should know. They replaced our roof and the work was fine. We were told (repeatedly) that there was no out of pocket cost to us and the insurance payment (to include the deductible) would cover everything. 3 months after the work was completed they started calling saying we owed $900.00. No mention of this amount before then. They've continued to call and harass us about this for the past couple of months. To top it off they were in our neighborhood yesterday and stopped by to ask us about getting a new roof. My wife asked if it looked like ours needed replacement and was told "yeah it could probably use it". She then informed the man that's odd since his company just replaced it in September. Update: The company brazenly called my wife yesterday (05-10-24) and threatened to sue us for leaving a bad review and accused us of lying. Probably tells you all you need to know about doing business with them.

After some of the recent hail storms, my roof had finally had it. I was getting a list together of places to call when the folks at the top of my list, Titan Roofing, actually showed up doing their sales thing. Convenient in my case. I have State Farm insurance which I've always heard is notoriously difficult to deal with for roof claims but James and the folks at Titan said they had it covered. They were straightforward in regards to pricing, how the deductible would factor in, what some of the extra costs for doing a couple upgrades would cost, and over all just easy to work with. All said and done, we got insurance figured out, replacement looks great, and clean up after the install was pretty thorough. I'd certainly recommend them to others (even if there wasn't a referral bonus).

I am thrilled with my new roof by Titan! Dre and James were both a big help explaining everything to me prior to the work being done. They were kind enough to file my claim with the insurance company, and meet with the adjuster on site. Their workers were at my home by 7am tearing off shingles and by 5 pm I had a new roof. I had some questions and concerns after the installation, Dre and James were kind enough to come and address them in person and to my satisfaction. My experience working with them was great. They are very knowledgeable in their jobs and they have great personalities which made it easy and fun to work with them. I highly recommend Dre, James, and Titan Roofing for your roofing needs!

Titan Roofing was exceptional. Trevor handled everything for me which made things so much easier to deal with. The roof looks beautiful. I would recommend them above all.

Titan Roofing and Roof Restoration was great. James Dixon helped with the whole process and kept us informed and up to date on everything. He explained all the cost and materials and even helped us navigate the insurance process. Our roof was replaced in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Titan for all your roofing needs.

Titan roofing has been a great company that has fought for me with my insurance company! They were able to re-roof my house in a day and even came back on a Sunday to clean up. Dre and Cameron are so nice and not only personable but totally professional. Highly recommend!

Clayton was very professional to work with and within a week he looked at my house and got me approved for a roof. He made the whole process extremely easy for me and I appreciate everything he has done. When the roof got replaced it was started and finished in 1 day and it looks great and Clayton was more than happy to answer any questions I had through the whole process.
