Very responsible team. It was a great pleasure to work with this company.. Especially appreciate Alvarado as he did everything he promised in very punctual manner. Strongly recommend this company when it comes to roofing work. Now I have satisfied new roof.

Alvaro and his crew did beautiful work, completely replacing the roofs on three buildings. They worked quickly and diligently, properly addressing issues of termite damage, etc. On the fly. Alvaro is extremely responsive, and made sure we were totally satisfied with the work. Very happy with the results.

I contacted Roof Repair Specialist to arrange an appointment for a roof repair estimate. The representative assured me of a prompt response. However, it's been 72 hours, and I'm yet to receive any callback. As a consumer, and particularly as a disabled veteran, I understand that not everyone operates with the same principles. Nevertheless, I hold businesses to higher standards. It's disheartening to experience such a lack of follow-through and disregard for customers' needs.

Jessie from Roof Repair Specialist inspected.a stained ceiling but determined that it was not a roof leak, but rather a leaking HVAC pipe positioned in the attic above the ceiling. His recommended solution was cost-effective and easy. I found him anffable and professional in solving the problem, without a charge. I will definitely call this company for a real roof problem as their solid reputation was once again confirmed.

You could be wasting your time with this company. Let me explain. I recently had an appointment with a company rep at 2pm. He arrived about 20 minutes late. After a longer than expected roof inspection he told me it would take about 25 minutes to write up the quote. At that point I realized, I needed to be somewhere else so the rep and I agreed that he could email me the quote as soon as he finishes it that day. Nothing was sent. The next day I called him and asked him about it and he said he had a meeting to attend and several quotes to finish (more people like me waiting) but would get it done that day. Again, nothing was sent. The next morning I texted him and he didn't respond. After a few hours, I called the office and spoke with the receptionist and she relayed to me that he said he was learning a new software program for writing quotes but would use the old system to send out the quote. I don't understand how someone not fully trained could be dispatched. Regardless, the result was the same, no quote. Unbelievable. If you're fortunate enough to get a quote, you're one of the lucky ones. Recommendation: If you value your time, find another roofing company.

I needed to replace a 30-year old asphalt shingle roof on my Eagle Rock house and received bids from three highly-rated companies found through a Google search. In addition to outstanding reviews, Roof Repair Specialists offered the lowest quote. They promptly got the LA City building permit and scheduled the work to commence two months later due to their existing work commitments. However, they had a cancellation and asked if they could start the job immediately. The work crew was incredibly thorough and efficient, completing the work in three days, and cleanup could not have been better. I’ll likely never need another roof replacement but recommend this company to whoever needs one.

Our family had a 5-star experience with Roof Repair Specialist for our roof and gutter replacement project. Starting with Areg who went on the roof and took pictures and video and explained what we were seeing. He showed us various options for our replacement project explaining the differences between each. We felt no pressure to choose one option over the other.He also explained what to expect during the installation process and provided a detailed, itemized estimate with an impressive material and labor warranty. During the planning and scheduling process, Daniel updated us about the schedule and provided information on how to prepare our property prior to the start of the work. We wish we could name everyone on the roof and gutter removal team, the roof installers and the gutter installers. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after every work day. The supervisor of our project, Alvaro, checked in with us daily to inform us about what would be taking place that day and daily walked through the work done. We are very happy with the service we received from the Roof Repair Specialist team.
