A1 Construction just completed a very big job on the outside of our home. It consisted of taking down 2 decks, replacing outside doors, with large bay windows and stripping the old shingles off the entire house. This is something I highly recommend as there were areas that needed to be replaced, you never know what’s underneath in an older home They installed New Cedar Impressions Shingles which look fantastic!! New gutters, trim and new Anderson Windows. Shawn and his teams were amazing to work with! They were timely, efficient, and respectful. My husband and I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend A1 Roofing and Construction. They fixed a bad leak in my roof by replacing the flashing and asphalt shingles. While doing this they saw the frames around my colonial windows were rotted out. So they custom made the sills and frames. The workmanship during the removal and replacement of the frames was very professional. The carpenters, Gerry and Ben were not only good at their jobs, but they were very polite and respectful of my property. I will definitely be using A1 again.

Very happy with the multiple times Sean and his awesome staff fixed my leaking window. They weather proofed my window to stop the water damage while the new Anderson window was on order. After owning homes for 35 years, Sean and crew have the title of “favorite contractor”. They have done a rubber roof, shingle roof, chimney replacement, and flashing work for me, and are pros from start to finish. Their work is unparalleled, with a particular shout out to their metal work. They crafted a custom chimney cover out of stainless steel, which had become the envy of my neighborhood, and the copper flashing around the bottom of that chimney is gorgeous and will outlive the house I am sure. They have also done straight copper flashing work around my basement door, which is amazing. A1 is the only choice in this area.

A1 Roofing and Construction did a superb job of installing our new roof! We highly recommend them and their services. The crew arrived early and worked like an efficient small army to replace our worn roof with a beautiful new charcoal gray shingle roof. The team was done in a matter on hours, same day, and they took great care to protect the sides of the home, bushes and landscaping fro any damage. And of coure they cleaned up like campers and left no trace, other than a great new roof.

A1 Construction did an excellent job of fixing a leak at my chimney. Although I didn’t hire them a few years ago to replace my roof, they still came out and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend them for all your construction needs. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. We will definitely hire them in the future.

A1 recently replaced my entire roof including 3 skylights and did a superb job! I had leaks in various places of my home before this work was done and they have since disappeared. I recommend the Velux solar remote controlled sky lights if you can swing it. Very easy to use and a big step up from the manual crank ones. Enclosed are various pictures of the finished roof and work being done on the sky lights. Will definitely use them again if any further work is needed.

A1 replaced a leaking rubber roof and some very inefficient windows on a room at my home. The last picture shows the roof and window before the job and the other three are after. From start to finish A1 was great to work with. I got three estimates and A1 offered by far the best solution - price and scope. Once the work started the crews worked through completion in a very timely and professional manner. I'm very happy with the finished product, including the painting and clean-up, and I look forward to the room no longer being freezing in the winter and steamy in the summer. I highly recommend A1.
