Rinaldi Roofing-Residential & Commercial Roofing

We had our roof replaced by Rinaldi Roofing and it was an excellent customer experience from beginning to end. The estimate we received was thorough and accurate. Our project manager was Brandon who was on site, knowledgeable and responsive. He clearly has expertise in older homes and is solution focused! His communication skills and on-site presence made the project a very positive experience.

Rinaldi Roofing was referred to me by my friend, Diane. When I called; Elliott came out to check the issues I had. He went above and beyond to check everything and then some. Elliot was considerably kind, knowledgeable, and patient with answering all my questions and concerns. Thank you so much Elliott for making this process easy for me and putting me at ease. You are the reason I went through with this project. I also spoke with Jordan on the phone . He was very considerate and understanding. Kiril came out with his guys and they did a wonderful job on my roof and cleaning up was great. Being female, I found the guys at Rinaldi Roofing were professional and respectful to work with. They're the best!

Thankfully this will be brief! As a homeowner I’m interested learning how each home renovation project is ‘supposed’ to go. Our project manager (Brandon) was very impressive in this regard, Brandon explained the process and our dialogue regarding my choices regarding the design & stylistic variables was extremely good at building my confidence I’d be happy with the final product. The project went on schedule, the cleanup was clinical and perfect! I’ll be sure to call them if I need a roofer again. Thanks again to Matt, Brandon and the whole team making this possible

We couldn't be more impressed with Rinaldi Roofing and their team. From estimate to install, we felt completely supported, educated, and part of the process. This review, wouldn't be complete without a shout-out for Fred. At our initial estimate, Fred took his time with us, walked the property, and didn't try to over-sell us on things we didn't need (that others were undoubtedly trying to squeeze into the estimate). He understood what our goals were and what our budget was. He also made sure to include in the estimate a carve-out for any unexpected "surprises" so that we had an idea of the budget - which we found very helpful (and by the end, even though we needed to use a bit more material due to some rot, the price and the balance were not a shock or surprise). He was also sure to walk through ALL of the products so that we could see, feel, and appreciate the quality of what we were getting compared to local and national competitors. Fred stayed in contact with us via text daily, up until install, and was there day-of and day-after to inspect the work. Every part of the job was captured (over 400 pictures), which gave us peace of mind and transparency as the job was getting done. The team was quick and completed the job in 1 day. Clean up was superb. We're very happy with the work, the quality of the product, and most of all the customer service. We can't recommend Rinaldi enough!

Best roofing company in RI. Family owned, thorough, fairly priced, and skilled. Went above and beyond installing both my roof and gutters, making sure I knew what was happening and when. Followed up on site to ensure everything was done right. If you’re looking for a roofing or general contractor, these are your guys!

I can recommend Rinaldi Roofing without reservation. They were very good on the important points. They were competitive in their estimate. They were responsive to my concerns. They were able to take care of all of the work needed with a high degree of craftsmanship, including gutter work, cupola repair, sheeting replacement and chimney work. They were cooperative about the timing of the job for our needs. The crew was great and clean up was excellent. We got a beautiful job in a calm and orderly fashion. Great people to work with.

Rinaldi Roofing has been nothing but the BEST! Fred is your go to guy! Professional, respectful, and a man of his word. The Rinaldi roofing guys were so quick, clean, and precise when installing our roof. Before giving us a quote to install our new roof, they climbed up and inspected it. They were thorough and took a lot of pictures to ensure us the best. I would 1000% hire Rinaldi Roofing again and have already made multiple referrals to friends and family for their services. Rinaldi Roofing was recommended to us by our realtor. She mentioned that they were fast, affordable, and delivered quality work and she was right! Our primary contact with Rinaldi was Elliott. He came to the house twice before the project began. He’s very knowledgeable and he answered all of our questions thoroughly. He also returned for a follow-up after the work was completed to be sure we were satisfied with the new roof. In addition to the roofing project, Elliott also helped us find a solar installer and drainage experts to handle some tricky issues on the ground. The roofing project took 4 days to complete. During that time, we were also moving into the house which required that the roofers take extra care to be sure we weren’t in harms way. We really appreciated the extra effort from the foreman of the job, I believe his name was Kyle. He not only looked after our safety but also helped us move boxes from our U-Haul into the house. All around, a great experience from a great team. Highly recommended!
