We’re not quite finished yet but so far they’ve been very clean. They’ve been very courteous great bunch of guys been a pleasure of an experience the only problem I have it all is they keep forgetting to close gates, and the dogs got out once on us but they do clean up very well after themselves And are a great bunch of guys very efficient

From start to finish, Local Roofs was excellent. From Greg the initial sales call to Johnny to Robb and Marcos and his crew and especially the added work of Javier and Jiro. They all made the job go smooth, quickly and explained everything step by step. They cleaned up every day after work and made sure everything was done perfectly. I have already recommended them to several of my neighbors and family.

Cody came to inspect and quote a roof repair to our home. He showed up on time, dressed professionally and the pre sent text message we received with his company photo really helped us to know he was the correct guy. He thoroughly evaluated and presented all options. Local roofs is now my highly recommended option for anyone seeking roof repair. The price is exceptionally reasonable given the cost of today’s economy and inflation and the level of service and attention to detail Cody provided are unmatched. Thank you for employing outstanding people like him. If this is how good you quote a job we can’t wait to get started.

Greg was awesome. He took his time and reviewed everything with our roof and gutters. Very price competitive. These guys are real roofers not a general contractor that does everything. Very pleased.

Very happy with this organization. Local Roofs just completed an underlayment reset of my entire roof. The customer service was exceptional. We are still gathering estimates and haven’t yet decided if we will go with LocalRoofs but so far the experience has been excellent. They are very professional and I appreciated the email and text confirmations of the appointment for the estimate. On the day of the estimate, we received a text to let us know Cody was on his way and he also called in advance to confirm the time still worked for us. When he arrived he introduced himself and gave me his card. He was very professional, took the time to listen and understand our issue, and then helped brainstorm potential solutions. It was also helpful that he came with a drone to allow detailed photos of the roof/gutter which appeared in the estimate. The detailed estimate arrived several hours later. Overall a very positive initial experience and Cody is an asset to the company.

My new roof looks beautiful. The workmanship is excellent and LocalRoofs was easy to work with. They were very responsive to all of my concerns and great at communicating what was going to happen and when. If I had a question and phoned, someone would either answer my question or call me back promptly. Most importantly, I know if I have a future problem LocalRoofs will be very responsive just as they have been up to now. I’m a happy customer.
