Roof installation was completed with quality and cleanliness.

Fantastic company! Adam was very responsive and the bid was detailed. The quality of the work was exceptional. I've never known a roofing company to have such skilled carpenters. My roof has tall, steep pitches that got decorative trim installed on the faces of the peaks at the roof line. This was a challenge to install and they did a fantastic job while working safely.

After meeting with several roofing contractors I couldn't be more impressed the polished, informative, thorough, estimate I received from Adam. Responsive, understanding and educational of the whole process. They were able to get me in the schedule sooner than I expected and hoped for. The team work was efficient, clean, and productive. I couldn't be more happy with the results and this is a relief it's done!

I recently had the pleasure of working with NEMA Roofing Repair for a much-needed roof repair, and the experience was exceptional. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. The initial inspection was thorough, and the team took the time to explain the issues with my roof in a way that was easy to understand. NEMA Roofing Repair provided a detailed and transparent quote, ensuring there were no surprises along the way. The crew was punctual and worked efficiently to address the repairs. They not only fixed the identified issues but also took the initiative to address additional minor problems, showcasing their dedication to delivering a comprehensive solution.

We made it through last year's rainy season without any leaks but the roof tiles weren't in great shape. The edges of the tiles were all washed out and we were finding rock bits in our driveway and knew we needed to look at a new roof, which is not a fun situation. I reached out to a few different roofing companies but what made NEMA set themselves apart is they were very personable. Ron came by with a set of tile swatches (if that's the right name) of different colors, explained the difference in materials, provided info about all the different materials (down to the adhesive material they used, he knew his stuff). We was able to answer every question I had (and I did my research prior to calling around). I was very impressed. They weren't the cheapest and they told us that up front, which I appreciated, but they do a quality job (which is what I want from a roof, I don't want it leaking a few years down the line). Surprisingly enough, it looks like they have a 50 year warranty on materials and a 10 year warranty on labor, which gives me a lot more confidence (and they're local, so I know they can respond quickly as opposed to using a company in, say LA, that may or may not respond quickly). They also had their own crew, they didn't contract it out, which was very important to me. There were some complications with the wood being rotted below the tiles when the roof was removed and Adam (the owner) came out to discuss our options, gave me information on OSB vs plywood and even helped me find financing for this portion of the project (which will be a requirement, you can't place tiles on a rotting roof). Throughout the job, Ron was very responsive (I even emailed them past 10 pm one night with some questions and got a call from him within 15 minutes to answer my questions) and Dan came by every day or two to take a look at the work and talk through where they're at with me. This is a company that legitimately cares about doing a good job and put in quality work at every step. I have confidence that everything was done right and that I won't have any major issues but even if I do, I'm pretty confident they're respond quickly to get it resolved. Honestly, that's exactly what I want from a roofing company. Highly recommended!
