They don´t return calls, website doesn´t work, contract is not fair, I´m without service, paying and no support. >> Response from the owner5 months ago Hello, yes I see there is a unique situation you are in. Very sorry to hear that. That is not how we operate at SWS. We will find a solution to get the service you are paying for or release you from the agreement. We have made some staff adjustments. Thanks for your patience! >> They do not solve my situation (Jan 2024), I m paying without receive any service until now, today I called again and the person who do not can say the name when I asked told me they have my signs on contract (auto renewed without any confirmation by my side), I m feeling like beeing stolled every month.

We purchased a new Lennar home in October 2016 with a SWS security system. In the six years and seven months of having their security service and paying for the upgrades over the years, we’ll be firing them. It’s clear that being a small security system/monitoring company, with their mostly poor reviews, it’s obvious they are losing customers or not gaining new ones. Our monthly service has cost the same the entire time we’ve had them. Now, this month, they’ve raised the monthly service $11.72. I called to inquire about the rate hike and was told they decided to increase everyone’s rates. That’s the only explanation I received. There was no dissemination whatsoever from SWS regarding the rate increase! No email, no phone call, no mailer, no anything. How unprofessional! I see now why this company has so many poor reviews! With the amount of reputable security company’s out there, SWS surly doesn’t have a clue how to treat the customers they actually have! I encourage everyone to dump them and go with one of the several other reputable security company’s and perhaps this place will have to close and go out of business.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We have kept monitoring cost lower than most companies for years. Due to inflation and our cost of doing business, customers that were paying 25 or less were changed to our lowest offered price at 35. Our agreements approve 9% per year although we have never done it. Unfortunately, some of these accounts put us in the red. We are still cheaper than adt lowest price which is above 50 per mo. I hope you understand. Glad we were able to keep you with low cost for 8 years. Again sorry for any inconvenience. Thanks for your business!

The lady that I spoke to I believe her name is Jodi Sanchez was extremely rude. Before I could even talk she cut me off. When I asked her how to solve the situation for the alarm and told her what it was saying she told me to follow what it says in the menu. I told her that the menu was not telling me anything for the problem that it was saying. She then continued to yell at me like I was frustrating her instead of helping me with the situation. Never have I ever spoken to someone in any customer service including this one like her. Then she told me I needed to go onto Google to figure the situation out and if I called back tomorrow to complain about my service and ask for the manager she told me I would get her on the phone as a manager. Worst customer service I have ever received.

Very unprofessional company. Do not show up for appointments on time, do not call to tell you they are going to be late, do not submit estimates (it has been a month), do not return phone calls. How they can claim they are #1 is a mystery to me. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY NEEDS.

Absolutely hands down The WORST customer service I have ever had. I have been a customer for 5 years and the last two years has been extremely difficult to get someone on the phone that can help fix problems. The technicians are never available and the person who answers the phone is downright nasty. Even told me to “google” it myself on how to fix the problem. I tried calling three times to get the issue fixed and they said leave a message. You will never get a return phone call. I am now in the process of canceling and switching to a different company and I’m just nervous that this will be another hassle of problems just cancelling the service. And if you are in that phase it is a 30 notice, in writing, to do so. One positive is if you get Arthur you will be fine, but only if you get him. He must be the only employee this company has.

I love my security system. I was very new to home automation three weeks ago, and today I can't see myself living another day without it. From the super fast installation of the system, to Cedric sitting on the phone with me after hours to help answer my 9,000 questions. The entire team of this company has been more than a blessing and i cant believe the level of customer service they provide. This place really cares about me, not my account.

Very happy and pleased with the service provided by Southeast Wiring Solutions! The service is always outstanding and the home automation expert Joey is amazing! He definitely knows his stuff and is always willing to go above and beyond to help and make sure everything is right and running the way it’s supposed to!! I highly recommend this company!!

I love my alarm and home automation that SWS installed. My technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained how everything worked and made sure I was comfortable with my new system. I feel safer and I love the convenience of being able to control my ac, garage door and locks from my phone. I would highly recommend Southeast Wiring Solutions!
