For the first time in 4 years of living in this house, I had an issue. Black Hat got with me and got me through all of it, a ton of updates and connection issues, but they got me all updated, back online, renamed some of my windows that were named by previous owner and fixed every single issue and concern I had. Amazing customer service. Thank you to Terry and the nice guy I spoke to (I forgot his name already!). I appreciate the time and energy and patience with me!

Experience over all was meh at best, customer service is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! I called them earlier this year to see when my contract would expire. They told me it had already expired and they automatically put me on a month to month plan. I asked to cancel it, the all of a sudden I was told my contact had not expired and I had another 8 months left. Now I call them to cancel the contract now that its near end AND they can’t cancel it because I called them on the 8th vs the 15th, and now that its the 15th all of a sudden I have to call them back the 20th. They’re an absolute joke that scams customers wanting to cancel their account or not renew wanting to their contract. Ill be contacting my attorney, the BBB and Attorney General on these scammers within the next few days. I had to call my bank and block them from taking funds to ultimately. What a joke of a company!

Our experience with Black Hat has been exceptional so far. Scheduling someone to come out was seamless and quick, and Jorge (our installation tech) was amazing! Really knowledgeable and super kind. He really took his time to make sure our home was as safe and secure as it could possibly be. We also appreciated his patience with all of our questions. All in all, fantastic experience. We are so excited about our new security system, and happy we chose Black Hat.

We have had an amazing experience with Black Hat Security. From the beginning, when we were unsure which company to utilize, to not being sure we wanted the extra expense of home security. My first contact with customer service was great. Absolutely not pushy, very knowledgeable, and quick responses. Today , Landon installed our Black Hat Security system. Again, an amazing experience. He was so patient with all our questions. He was knowledgeable. He was very nice. I am so happy we chose Black Hat Security to protect our home.

I just had Black Hat out to install our security system. From the moment I called Courtney to discuss what I needed, to when Zach came out and installed it today, they were great. He was very knowledgeable and gave me confidence that I went with the right company for my system. He made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything in great detail. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Their pricing is very competitive with excellent payment options.

We heard about this company through radio station and a friend that recommended it. We got a hold of Courtney and they were extremely nice and informative from the very beginning, quick to schedule the appointment to come down as soon as possible to install the alarm system once we made the decision to go with Black Hat Security! The technician that came to our home to install everything, JD, again extremely polite and answered all of our questions, was very quick and done within a couple hours! I am very glad we went with this company as opposed to the leading competitor in the market!

We already wrote a quick review when we first got the system installed, but the longer we have had the service, the more impressed we are! This company deserves two! I have had several interactions with Destiny and Courtney at the office, both are nothing but professional and kind each time I call. I had made a few special requests that were accommodated with no issues. When JD initially came out to install, we were in the process of installing a security door as well. We were not ready for the doorbell install as we were not certain to how much room the security was going to take up. Black Hat said "no problem" and came back a few weeks later to install at a better time that worked for us, no charge! JD was AWESOME both times and never made us feel like we had too many questions! Very professional, efficient and helpful. We love being able to keep track of what is going at our home while we are away as we are gone daily for 12+ hours. We couldn't be happier with our choice and the sense of security we feel now! We were referred by our good friends, and can't thank them enough! THANK YOU BLACK HAT!!

After years of skepticism about home security systems, we are finally believers! We had our system installed by JD and he was so thorough about the whole process, made everything super simple and patiently answered all of our questions.
